Great hotel, visited the sphere bar for food and it was delish. Met Jose there, he was so professional and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely come back for this great service. All other staff were also great the food was amazing, fantastic, fish and chips all round so nice, Jose snd the staff were first class xx

Jessy Dsouza was great and very knowledgeable in what I needed for my stay in the hotel. Great Job!!!!!! The hotel was beautiful the bed was huge the bathroom is beautiful. I love the stay here. It's very secure I felt very safe.

Great breakfast selection, quiet and unhurried. Andrea went above and beyond by making the perfect cup of tea! Lovely service from Sherry, Tina, Christina and Sujeewa in the Club Millesima! Great food and good recommendations for drinks!! The room was very spacious with a luxurious finish♥️. Only down side was finding the entrance to the hotel from T5!
