Due to our train being cancelled we had to spend an extra night in London...at such short notice most hotels were fully booked up because of the closure of Kings Cross. We eventually booked into the Pullman Hotel a stones throw from Kings Cross station. The reception staff were very helpful and well informed and made us feel relaxed after walking around for miles for a hotel. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was vast...so much choice. An excellent hotel with excellent staff who made us feel welcome and made our last night in London a positive one.

A great hotel located perfectly near 3 mainline stations and so much better than other local hotels who charge a fortune in comparison. Good rooms well equipped, great staff who were all pleasant, fab breakfast and a bar area that offers something different and relaxing.

Overnight before Eurostar

Second stay and this hotel is so convenient for St Pancras Station. This time we avoided an early Eurostar and enjoyed their excellent breakfast! It is a welcoming hotel, from Reception to the staff in the Breakfast Restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Very happy to recommend.

Eurostar Transfer

Stayed whilst transferring between Euston and St Pancras. Got a big room with a huge bed overlooking Euston Road. Double glazing did its job and room was very quiet despite traffic volume outside. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurant bit. Very handy for the transfer (got the 06:00 Eurostar) and would stay again. Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars: it was quite expensive but maybe not for a decent hotel in London. Nothing exceptional about it and only stayed one night but was absolutely fit for purpose

Great hotel and location

Rooms are spacious considering it’s London. I had the executive room which of course is a bit larger than the standard room. The layout of this room is a bit weird: the bathroom is in the middle of the room, and the extra mini-couch (which can be converted in a small extra bed) is at the beginning in the corner with an extra TV - Ideal I guess if travelling with kids. The beds are super comfy and soft. Breakfast can get quite busy in the morning, but there is ample choice of western food. The staff is really attentive and helpful. I arrived too early for checkin, and I was offered a desk/are to do some work until my room was ready. As ALL Gold member, I wasn’t offered a welcome amenity unfortunately. The hotel is centrally located close to King’s Cross/St. Pancras Station, with enough local food options in walking distance.
