We were happy there, except for in the toilet room 1124. I did not find a nylon cap for taking shower and my husband wanted to have a shave but he could not find it. However, everything was OK, I like the hotel, I will find the hotel whenever I go for holiday.

First impression was destroyed by the unprofessional customer handling skills of Front office team. I came to pay for the booking I made for my friends and just asked a simple request of having the printed reservation, all they gave to me was just an improper receipts. I had to ask 3 times to get what could be accepted as your 4 star hotel international standards. I am not sure how you treated my guests, but I assume that it would not be a great experience based on the first impression.

We were greeted warmly and staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was automatically upgraded and had a great ocean view and the touch of a letter, cake and bottle of red wine to celebrate my husbands birthday was fantastic and thoughtful. Guest relations were extremely helpful - righting a card in Vietnamese to explain my special dietary requirements, sorting out and moving us to a new room when there was a minor fault in our first room. They even liased with our next hotel to ensuRe they understood my dietary requirements. We stayed at a difficult time with the emergence of Covid-19 but hotel did everything to make our stay nice!

I had a very good stay. It was only for one night. It was a little strange because most of Halong Bay was empty of tourists so the hotel was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly and my room was beautiful. The pool was closed which was not a big deal. Overall, it was a positive stay and I’d stay again. The staff alone made the hotel a good one.

Loved the location, the ambiance, the service, the view, the couple massage special, the food. Some earlier, negative reviews from 2017 made us hesitate to book this hotel, but those reviews are certainly outdated. This was like staying at a great resort for a reasonable price.

We came early around 10:40. Staff managed to get us room at 11:00 which I really appreciated. However room was not as I expected while I booked Superior room with balcony & ocean view but there was no balcony. Staff straight away upgraded our room to Executive room with Balcony, although the “ocean” is now far away as the Park is in the middle. We really enjoyed everything !!!!
