I stayed at the hotel with my family from October 12-17 and had a comfortable experience. The facilities and services were above average, but the true highlight was the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Al Chayutpong Raj-o, the manager of Leisure and Lifestyle. His attention to detail and dedication to enhancing guests’ experiences truly stood out. He expertly organized activities such as a town tour, boat tour, and golf, ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks to his well-prepared management and kindness toward my family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service.

Delicious food, our favorite was Lotus restaurant. Kind staff and fast service. Hi Sao, Jib, May and Mas 😘 One negative thing: When you swim in the pool your bikini will be red so don’t take white or expensive swimsuits. The weather is perfect in October

Very Nice Hotel. Room large and comfortable (only the mattress wuite hard). Very Good Breakfast, and the service is lovely and friendly. This hotel has the largest Pool of all Thailand amd has also a Tennis Court and there is a Golf next to the Hotel ! Easy location also easy to get to different facilities and for excursion. I would like to recommend also the Italian Restaurant VENEZIA and the Chef ANDREA BARTOLI… from Tuscany … finally an italian Chef who knows how to cook italian dishes ! Thank You for the attention.

I had only a short stay of one day at this place. All the staff were cheerful, smiling, and greeted me warmly, constantly checking in. I arrived quite late, so I didn’t have much time to explore the hotel. The next morning, I was warmly welcomed by Bella, and moreover, I had the chance to learn watercolor painting from Thalia. I believe both of them are very professional in understanding and meeting the needs and satisfaction of customers. My compliments to them. I look forward to visiting and meeting them again in the future.

We did the Signature tour and the Phi Phi island tour. It was fantastic due to the outstanding service from our guide Lenon. We were not rushed and always attentive making sure we have drinks, towels and the boat is very confortable.
