1. No staff to help with the luggage from the taxi and I had to pull 2 luggages and 2 bags by myself 2. My reservation could not be traced and I'm the one to request the lady to check with the marketing/Sales 3. Insufficient information at the front office (eg time of usage of swimming pool) 4. My credit card was retained by the ATM and was told that it happened several times and that the bank would come only after a few days. Luckily I had some cash with me

I spent 3 nights in Novotel The room was not at high standard in terms of cleaning The room smelt tobacco I had a very bad room service

Unintelligible English from the staff

The communication level of the front desk staff is very poor with a very low English level. Had a lot of troubles to clarify a bar bill that was mistakenly charged to my room, which I didn't do. It seems nobody verifies when a bill is charged. Also, didn't get any kind of confirmation if the deposit charged to my credit card has been canceled or not. I will think twice before staying there again and will communicate this also to y company.
