Rude bar and wait staff, clogged shower drain, no hot water in shower morning of 09/03/2023. House keeping entered room without knocking.

Despite my online check-in it took some time to get the key of my room. The first day I had no towel for the shower and the shower was not cleaned.

Positive feedback: - Friendly staff - Restaurant is good- very delicious food - Very well located for business - Room is clean Negative: - No efforts deployed by the team to welcome a platinum member (no upgrade nor even a welcome drink as in other Accor hotels) Overall I am satisfied and would be ready to go back there
