Good location and Nice stay for Business Trips

Not the best Novotel hotel I've stayed out of Mexico, but it did the trick while I was visiting Tunis for business purposes. Room cleanliness was average, but the room was tidy and towels changed every day. Drinking Water was available but not as daily as expected. Overall, good location and close to Tunis Airport. Attentive staff at all time, but breakfast lacked variety. Compared to other 4 stars hotels, price per night is a little high. There are some local shops to buy daily necesities and toiletries, a Carrefour, coffee shops and pizza / kebab parlors too, some streets back at this place.

Good service good hospitality but no AC

Breakfast is amazing lunch is amazing dinner was phenomenal the service is absolutely terrific the only downside I had was the air condition does not work in my room otherwise everything was 10 out of 10 but being in Tunisia in the summer with hardly any AC and it leaks kind of like an eye-opening experience but everything else is A1 especially especially The cleaning ladies they folded my clothes they fixed my shoes clean my shoes organized everything which was totally unexpected and that’s the only reason why I give them a 9 otherwise it would’ve been a 4 again the only reason they get a nine instead of a four is because the cleaning ladies they made this an exceptional experience they are in my clothes clean my shoes organized everything and that was not expected I’ve never had that done and I’m an ambassador member with Marriot I’m not Asian accor member but it was totally exceptional
