I booked a room on January 19 for a stay from March 15 to 19. I did receive a confirmation of the booking but on once site, I realized that the booking was cancelled on March 15 at 2:25 pm. At that time I was already on my flight to Tunisia. The agents of the hotel were arguing that I did not do the registration which is true but the reason is I was not told to do so. I did not receive any email or message or phone call. I was really annoying and frustrating.

When I came to your hotel, I needed to wait to check-in so long time.(about 13:30), because your system wasn't working. Before 13:00, the receptionist said that I need until 13:00, but at 13:00, they weren't able to proceed to check-in. And after they were able to manage, they didn't notice the people who are waiting. I was not in good condition, so I became really tired.

Disrespectful Staff

Last week during my stay the receptionist did not allow my wife to come up with me into my room and said that only paid guest may use their rooms. My wife had want come help me unpack my suitcase before we did other things in the city. This was very disrespectful of the receptionist as my wife had to wait down stairs for me.
