Stayed here for 1 night as had early appointment at St James hospital. It's only just over a mile away from the hospital and was ideal. Yeah the rooms aren't massive but it was clean and in a decent location. Parking is best in the multi storey about 10mins walk away and you get a discount if you stay at the hotel... We had breakfast which was adequate and fresh. Staff were pleasant and helpful.... Will stay here again if needed..

We arrived at the hotel at 1pm to see if we could leave our suitcase at the hotel whilst we wait for check in as there was mixed answers online about it, they took our bag in with no hesitation and it was free as well!! The staff were all very lovely and when it was time for check in it was very easy. The lobby of the hotel was lovely and modern looking. We got to our room and it was very small and outdated (I knew it was small I’ve stayed in an ibis budget hotel before, just not this one, however the last one I stayed in looked more modern!). I didn’t expect much from a budget hotel but I did book it almost a year in advance and it was £150 for one night which I feel is a very high price for what you get! (Breakfast was not included). We didn’t get the best sleep as our toilet was constantly making a very loud noise every 5 minutes! There was also what sounded like children running up and down the corridor outside our room, baring in mind we didn’t get back until after 11 as we were at a concert, this was after 12am at least! Breakfast was quiet when we went down at 9ish, it was £8.50 and my daughter was free which was nice. I don’t think I would’ve paid for it if she wasn’t free as there wasn’t a lot to choose from! Again, I know it’s a budget hotel but I feel they should have more variety of fruit available, they only had apples. Bread rolls would’ve also been nice to have there as well. It got busy after 15 mins and we could barely get in to get anything else. They had white and brown bread for toast, croissants, other pastries, muffins, cereals, yoghurt, apples, along with all the toast toppings that was it! The hot drinks were lovely though and my daughter loved the breakfast juice. All in all it was an okay stay, since we were at a concert we weren’t in the hotel much but I do think the price should be a lot less than it was!

the room this time was very small with limited space for clothes etc again no facility to make a coffee in the room location is perfect but rooms very small it was reasonably priced no noise

Stayed here for a 1 night stay myself my husband and child as we was at an event at the arena. You get what you pay for £66 including the breakfast…however the room was tiny not enough room to swing a cat in. King size bed below and then a bunk on top. The bunk bed wasn’t made and the sheets were filthy so we opted for all 3 of us to share the king size bed luckily my child is quite small. No room to store any clothes. Shower was a little cupboard in the room and the toilet and sink in the bedroom smelt awful. Breakfast was continental the next day which was the only decent thing about this stay. Chargeable vending machine for snack and drinks, no tea/coffee in the room. Car park is approx 10 min walk and remember to ask for discount ticket. All in all you get what you pay for a cheap hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a pleasant 6 night stay , however after checking on Sunday (24th August) I have called reception over 30 times to which none of them were answered, I have even gotten in touch with their reservations team who also tried to get in touch with the hotel reception and failed. As I stated I had a 6 night stay and at all times there was somebody on reception so I do not understand why there is a failure in communications . I need to get in touch as I believe I have left a set of keys but do not live in Leeds to come by and check so I would really appreciate a phone call to confirm this, Many thanks
