From the moment we checked in, Hayley on the front desk made me feel at ease. She asked about parking and once explained I was parked in a disabled bay, she moved our room to a accessible room! Which was so much nicer to be able to have more room for all my luggage (mostly medication!) Me and my partner went down for some food and our food was simply so worth the higher end price tag. The burgers are simply amazing. I approached Hayley with a really sensitive situation at the moment and I can honestly say ive never had such compassion from a stranger. I felt like I was speaking to a long friend. She has such amazing empathy and customer service skills she not only needs a raise but the company need to train every employee to be just like her! We will absolutely be returning and not just because the stay was comfortable and relaxing and atmosphere was perfect but mainly because of Hayley. If she moves hotel I will go where she is! What a gem you have found in her. KEEP HER AS LONG AS YOU CAN!!!! Ps Hayley the towels definitely helped!

Me and my fiancée came here for a birthday weekend away, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool facilities were amazing and we were very impressed with the breakfast that was included. Barbara remembered my fiancées coffee order and had it ordered for us as we walked through the door of the dining area. Lit and Barbara were amazing and very helpful and friendly and I can see how hard they work! Would definitely come again.

We had a great stay at the Novo hotel, breakfast was especially good! Our servers Barbara and Lit were super friendly and Barbara even remembered my decaf coffee.
