A great location and secure parking at discounted price. We have been several times and plan to go back. The staff are friendly and helpful, it may be a budget hotel but has everything needed for a relaxing stat.

My wife and I had bought tickets for a matinee at the Hippodrome and decided to stay over. We sought a hotel near to the theatre with parking close by. The Ibis was ideal. It was clean and all the staff were very friendly. I have 2 constructive comments. The mattress had a cover on it and overall it was not not very comfortable. Also the washbasin in the bathroom was quite small and shallow. This makes wet shaving very difficult without splashing water onto oneself and also the floor. Ideally the basins should larger and deeper.

This was a great hotel to stay in when we went to the Hippodrome. Check in and out is so quick and easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean and perfect for us for an overnight stay.

I stayed there for a work do which was held at We the Curious. the location was perfect and the room totally adequate with a nice decor. My only issue was my room (409) was very close to the elevators and the ladies next door were quite loud when they got back.

Great stopover for business.. super easy to find, in a great location, with everything I needed it to be. Was given a great room on the 4th floor which was spacious, Double aspect and a super comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent hotel, envious location and gorgeous breakfast. Added attraction taxi at door step. After all these attributes early 2020, I managed to slide a little while leaving the taxi! Could it be the last 2019 cocktail?

Best spot in Bristol, can't fault this place, right in the middle of Bristol. Reduced rate car parking, great bar, breakfast (free this time) and totally dog friendly. Staff as always helpful friendly and happy.

It's was an amazing unplanned trip with friends. We decided to stay at Ibis Bristol Centre where we spent a couple of days and the hotel was much better than expected. Lovely and smiling staff, quick check-in. Definitely we would come back!!

Stayed the night in Bristol for the Chrismas experience and do a bit of shopping.The hotel is well situated on the harbourside with only a short walk into the city centre.Staff were polite and helpful.Rooms recently decorated and modern with good facilitiea.

highly efficient check in and check out. Rooms are fairly basic but that is understood as reflected in the competitive price. Clean room, decent bed. That is all i need for a business stay over. One minor criticism - Breakfast - i have stayed a couple of times and the quality of the hot breakfast items 9 eggs, bacon, sausage ) are not very good. One further minor issue. I agreed that the Invoice would be emailed to me. Did not and i found it was quite a hassle contacting Accor to sort this issue out.

Świetnie ulokowany hotel w centrum Bristolu. Pokoje bardzo czyste, śniadanie bardzo dobre. Szczególna pochwała dla recepcji. Świetna polska obsługa. Pozdrowienia dla tych Pań. Choć pozostałe recepcjonistki również bardzo pomocne i pełne energii.:) Dzięki. Jedynie pokój na moim bonus break mógłby być usytuowany gdzie indziej (miałem okno na ludzi pracujących w biurowcach.;) Niemniej jednak wszystko inne na duży plus.

I was really pleased with my room , big enough, perfect location , but two negatives -quite important I think , as I have a hospitality experience first what I 've noticed walking into my room -was really intense , bad smell/odor . It was really strong -like sewage type. Second thing-noise at night and around very morning hours -around 2am , outside of the hotel , probably because of location I heard a lot singing , laud talking from the street. It was clean !!! and hotel staff really nice , not big fun this breakfast .One night for 1 person and I paid 97 GBP , I wouldn't say it was a bargain or budget hotel. I used to stay in Ibis in Germany few times , must say , much better experiance , spot on .

I very much appreciate your time to pass on some detailed feedback regarding your stay. I am glad that for the most part you were happy with your stay, however I am disappointed to hear of your issues. We have had some issues with smells but this should have been dealt with a long time ago so this will be looked at again. With noise being a city centre hotel we can occasionally have noisy guests in the street, so I am sorry that this was an issue. If you want to be in the best place in Bristol stay here, location smack bang in the middle of the docklands area. Hotel basic Ibis, clean, helpful friendly staff etc can't fault it at all. Walk into town (if you want shopping centre etc about 10 mins.

I have used this hotel on many occasions (and will definitely stay again). For the first time there was some confusion with the room I had booked but the staff could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had the right room and that we were happy. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly.

A good budget hotel. The bathroom door wouldn't close without considerable effort, and there were a few signs of wear here and there, but it was a comfy bed and all the amenities were there. Not crazy about the absence of a check-in desk, but no doubt it saves money.

I checked in this hotel one day before my birthday. I was surprised by birthday cake on my bed when I had entered the room. It was such a very warm welcome. I am vey appreciated with this surprise. It is a small detail which makes me very satisfy with this stay.
