The building is nice and well located, very calm area with different dining options around. Food at the hotel restaurant is very good, nice bar and breakfast is ok could have more fruit options. Common areas are nice and well maintain, rooms and W.C needs renovation. Fitness room could have also some water dispensers available. Staff is friendly. There was a major problem that could be avoid if the hotel provides the necessary information. My car was pickup by the Police as at Tuesday's nights the car can´t be parked at the parking place in front of the hotel as on Wednesdays there is a local Market. Nobody from the hotel advise nothing, would be very easy for the hotel to have a written information at the front desk advising in French and Inglish that the parking place in front of the hotel can´t be used on Tuesdays evening. I spend 3 hours in the morning to get the car back and paid a fee of 134euros, this is a big miss from the hotel.

Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez pas été prévenu pour le parking. Sachez que nous nous efforçons de prévenir un maximum nos clients, malheureusement un oubli est vite arrivé. Un panneau est présent à la réception et au niveau du parking. C'est vrai que le stationnement en face de l'hôtel est interdit dans la nuit du mardi soir et du vendredi soir, parce qu'il y a le marché le mercredi et le samedi matin. Dans l’attente de vous accueillir de nouveau, nous vous prions de croire, Monsieur, en l’expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs. Lucas

Overall good stay, very bad experience with breakfast

We finally decided to have the full breakfast in the morning at 10am. It was chaotic to get a table and there was no more hot food. The lady that was dealing with the breakfast was nice with us (she made some scrambled eggs for us for example) but was overwhelmed (scrambled eggs were cold, no plates, no cuttlery at the beginning). When doing the checkout, we asked for a commercial gesture for the breakfast that was not satisfying, the lady (other than the one dealing with the breakfast) was rude with us saying it was our fault that we arrive too late to get a good service (we acknoledge we arrived at the end of the service, in this case we prefer being said the breakfast is closed rather than pay for a bad service)
