Sofitel is the best hotel in Queenstown! Amazing staff, fantastic rooms, delicious food (the pastries at breakfast are outstanding!), a great club lounge expertise and generous welcome amenities for frequent travellers. I can’t fault anything about our stay. Special thanks to Jeremy, Shakthi, Karishma Fredrick and Ha Thu for looking after us so well 👏

Overall a pretty good stay. Only negatives - room not cleaned until late even though sign to service room on for many hours whilst I was out and one member of staff unfriendly at breakfast.
