Regarding the absence of a refrigerator and in-room coffee/tea, please note that this is standard across Ibis hotels in Switzerland. Dear MINORU N., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the ibis Styles Genève Palexpo Aéroport. We are a three-star hotel belonging to the Accor chain. All of our services, furnishings, bathroom amenities, etc. are standard for ibis hotels and we do not have fridge in the room.
