Dear Mr. T., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you had during your stay. We are deeply sorry to hear that contact lenses from a previous guest were left in the bathroom and that there were traces of a milky liquid on the mirror. This is clearly unacceptable and does not reflect the level of cleanliness we strive to maintain. We fully understand your frustration and how this would have affected your confidence in the cleanliness of the room. We also apologize for the inconsistency regarding the bathroom amenities. The absence of conditioner in your second room should not have occurred, and we regret the inconvenience and confusion caused by the placement of the shampoo and other toiletries. Your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping team and management. We will review our cleaning and room-inspection procedures, as well as the placement and replenishment of amenities, to help ensure that such issues do not happen again. We are truly sorry that we failed to provide the comfortable and pleasant stay you expected, and we regret that this experience has affected your decision to return to our hotel.
