Dear Naoko, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience and feedback 🌟 We’re glad to hear that the bed and bathroom were clean and that you found the Geneva public transport day pass convenient. Regarding your comment about access from the airport: it is indeed recommended to take bus no. 5, as noted on the ACCOR website. Additionally, we have posted the official walking route on Google for reaching the hotel from the airport, as Google Maps can sometimes suggest an incorrect path. Unfortunately, we cannot modify Google Maps directly, but once the correct bus number and stop are identified, getting to the hotel by bus is simple and quick.
