Friendly Staff and Elegant but Comfortable Hotel

We arrived from Houston with three hungry, jet-lagged children and were warmly welcomed by Maurane in Reception and by Alba in the Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Later we enjoyed drinks and appetizers and chatting with the friendly bar-tenders in the Lobby bar.

Despite of some disappointment concerning the lack of choice on the menu at the restaurant, I have to say that the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming!! I gave them my feedback and I felt like I was being considered and taken seriously! A warm drink was even offered to me as I complained about the temperature at the restaurant Thank you very much for your hospitality especially Bryan and Abdulla!

Great stay, wonderfull staff and delicious diner!

We were with the three of us. As soon as we sat down, the kind waiter brought us some bread and salted butter. Two of us had a starter of steak tartare and all of us had a burger which was made to personal preference. It was the best burger we had in a long time! The Austrian red wine we had was very nice! The staff was all very friendly and made sure we were looked after. They made sure everything was there that we needed and kept our glasses filled. A special thank you to Brian/Bryan (sorry, we weren’t sure about the spelling) for the great service and his great sense of humour! Say hi to Samantha for us 😄

Hopeless service

Went for a meal, the service is absolutely hopeless. The restaurant manager has no control of the restaurant. 12 guests and 3 servers. It is so bad you have to laugh. Surroundings are nice but staff service is absolutely hopeless. One of the worse. I have been in.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Very calm at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent and Tamara always greets you with a big smile! I was working next to the airport so it was very convenient/ walking distance.
