Good place to stay if in Earls Court, West London Area. Nice bar, clean comfortable rooms and plenty of bars & restaurants in the area. Friendly helpful staff Plenty of onsite parking is available if needed.

Stayed at this hotel several times over several years and find it convenient for a short stay in London. There is a bus from outsdie the hotel to th West End and it is a ahort walk to the tube station (West Brompton or Earls Court). Full or continental breakfast available. Do not use the bar/restaurant forlunch or dinner , as prefer to eat out, but it s there if weather is poor or do not want to go out.

A shambles!

I stayed 2 nights in the Ibis London Earls Court Hotel. For some bizarre reason I have been overcharged by £370 - totalling over £600 for the two nights. Two amounts were taken from my bank account. There is no reason given for the extra payment taken. Trying to contact the hotel is impossible and they neither answer the phone or respond to emails. I paid for the parking in advance but the guy on reception tried to charge me twice for parking. As an excuse he said that the online bookings for Ibis are completely separate to them and don't know what the others are doing! The TV didn't work either and the room felt 'tired' with the silicone sealant black with mould in several places. When I spoke to the main customer services, the person I spoke to wanted me to send my bank statement to prove that I had been charged twice. I will not be staying at Ibis again, as there seems to be a don't care attitude, and their IT systems plainly do not work. At the time of writing I am still awaiting the £370 refund!

The infrastructure is a bit tired, e.g. scuffed woodwork in the bedroom, loos fittings in the bathroom but the hotel is clean and comfortable. It also has one of the best breakfasts around; worth staying just for that.

My husband and I had a great time staying at this hotel - it was our first time at this particular Ibis and we enjoyed every moment of it! The members of staff were an excellent team, very friendly, helpful and professional. The full English breakfast was great and delicious! Our room was very comfortable. The hotel location is superb. When we first arrived, we thooght the hotel will be worth our price. But to our suprise it was the complete opposite. The room stank, and the reception didn’t do anything about it. The bed gave me red rashes as well. Terrible

For the prince you cant complain, it's basic but clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and there is underground parking, they have a a good sized lounge area with a decent dinning option too.

The internet service is really bad, the speed is very slow and continuously I receive a message saying that a computer in the system is sending malicious attacks and other message saying Duplicate IP addresses on network, this situation is really bad if you need to work with you computer.

The hotel is in a good location, however, my room key had to be replaced seven times over the course of two days - I did explain that I thought there was a problem with the lock mechanism. I was told that it was my fault that I kept the key next to my phone/wallet - I had not! The TV did not work correctly and I had no idea what channels were available as there was no guide and lots of empty channels.

The WiFi signals didn’t work in the room. Other than that everything was great. The location is ideal for travelling and the room is comfortable. The breakfast us the best my son loved waking up for it

The room was not up to usual standard

Compared to the room I had previously stayed in the door lock was stiff and would not work with two card keys needing a return visit to reception to sort. The bathroom shower was poorly laid out and the taps all came off the wall - none of them were fixed on properly. The room needs maintenance before putting back into use.

The stay was hugely disappointing due to a number of reasons... 1) Couldn’t regulate the temperature of the room as it was a centralised controller which resulted in a lack of sleep. 2) Smell of cannabis up and down the hall was very offputting. 3) Room service delivered wrong items for breakfast and it was also cold. This occurred every day that we stayed at the hotel. I will not be going back there and I will not book another room with ibis at other locations...

Outstanding staff, great value and convenient location

I've stayed for quite some time at the Ibis Earls Court hotel and I have to say it's been a pleasure. The hotel is situated in West Kensington/ West Brompton/ Earls Court area with easy access to the tube (Piccadilly/ District line). Hotel provides full set of amenities for each room such as ironing board/ iron, bath robe, tea coffee etc. The hotel is sparkling clean and there are alcohol dispensers at elevators and reception area taking into consideration the coronavirus situation. The one thing that really stands out is the 5* service from the members of staff, they are always friendly, helpful and have a very proactive attitude. Even though there is no buffet breakfast currently due to Covid-19, there is room service full English breakfast only for £6.95. Rooms I've been had a vintage feel with dark wood and include also a spare table/ 2 chairs apart from main desk which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. Views from room are quite spectacular (I was facing south towards Chelsea stadium) as it's one of the few high rise buildings in the area. The room rates are quite competitive in comparison with other hotels nearby and I feel safer knowing it's an Accor branch hotel since I had some very bad experiences staying at some of the independent hotels near Earls Court. Finally there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and little shops on nearby North End Street, feel free to ask the staff for any suggestions or directions.

Lovely central hotel in Earls Court. Bedroom clean and tidy with Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer plus tea and coffee making facilities. The location was ideal for travelling around London, as it is very near the West Brompton tube station. Great restaurants near by and cinema complex close by in Fulham.

O hotel possui uma equipe solícita e tanto o checkin quanto o checkout foram ágeis e sem dificuldade. Os quartos são confortáveis e minha janela tinha uma bela vista (era o último do 8° andar). Hotel localizado relativamente perto de estação de metrô, com parada de ônibus em frente. Recomendo!

Quarto limpo e de tamanho razoável, cama confortável e roupas de cama limpas; a pia do banheiro era grande e com água quente; janelas e aquecedor no quarto; secador de cabelo e ferro de passar bons; tomadas utilizáveis sem necessidade de adaptador; ótimo café da manhã, servido desde as 6h, e também disponibilizam espaço na recepção para guardar as bagagens após o check out. Por outro lado, os travesseiros eram extremamente duros, as toalhas de banho muitas vezes vinham com sujeiras ou secreções de usuários anteriores; o box para banho era muito apertado e a água do chuveiro tinha pouca vazão e às vezes não aquecia, ficando insuportável no inverno.
