Not to bad business stay

Good location for where I was working. Breakfast selection is not great at all a bit dull for the ibis group. Evening meals were good indeed and the staff were very friendly. Room wise it’s what you would expect from a budget hotel, a few things not working but bed wise it’s ok.

However, we are concerned to hear that our breakfast selection did not live up to your expectations. Conveniently located adjacent to the highway this rundown ibis offers clean rooms, hardly any (safe) parking place and unfortunately a closed bar when you arrive for your stopover. Rather expensive for what they offer…. But well, sometimes you do need a bed.

We are delighted that you found our rooms clean and appreciated our convenient location just off the A3 highway, close to various business hubs and the Luxembourg City center. However, we regret to hear that you experienced difficulties with our parking facilities. We strive to provide ample parking, and guests are welcome to consult with our reception for assistance should they find the public parking lots full. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we are sorry that our bar was not open during your visit. Our bar is designed to offer a relaxing space and light meals, and we are looking into your feedback to ensure our services are consistently available to our guests. Finally, we are pleased to highlight that we offer competitive rates for our region and include amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk, and the Sweet Bed by Ibis designed for your comfort. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on a Leger Christmas Market Totally accept that if you are looking for luxury level then this Hotel is not for you but we found it was ideal for our purpose. It was clean and a modern design. The rooms were not over large but gave a good basic level of amenities. Not sure of food choice to guest as we had a fixed menu as part of the trip but what we had was of good quality and size. Staff were very friendly. The Hotel was in fact a shining light on the trip with Leger as the rest of the trip was horrendous.

We stayed one night in the Ibis Sud in Luxembourg in one of the tiny rooms. The reception asked us to come down to get a pillow as for a couple they had only kept 2 pillows and he only had one spare. My wife has medical issues and needs one pillow to raise her feet but looks like the receptionist lives being rude to guests I get it that you guys run a budget hotel but am surprised how low the quality has sunk with the Ibis chain Regards Kedar Gokhale

The hotel is located near the highway and has good ambience. Rooms are neat and well maintained. The food is good and tasty. The lobby is big enough for relaxing and meeting people. The atmosphere is silent and good for spending time in leisure.
