Very Good Hotel at Ideal Location.

I love the location, it's well connected with Tram stop, shopping mall. Staff was very helpful. The excellent part of hotel is environment friendly. They take environment very seriously, I will surly appreciate the Novtel Hotel for providing refillable water bottle & filling station on the floor which I have seen first time. Hotel also provide bathroom items like comb. razor, paste etc on demand rather than wasting the plastic item unnecessary. Room was quite spacious for family. I don't like the following 1.Fast Online Checkout Concept - I checked-out online for fast checkout & was expecting my key to be ready for collection but I had to again checked out at reception so this fast online checkout is waste of time. 2. Smoking zone is just in front of the Reception entrance so you will surly consume the cigarette smoke unwontedly.I would like to request hotel management to move the smoking zone in one of the corner in the open area.

The hotel is decent - the room was spacious with two large beds. The biggest gripe I had though was the lack of restaurant or bar. I know they are renovating, but they manage to operate a pretty decent breakfast so why not make the effort for the rest of the day too? Instead they recommended a restaurant a short walk away which was abysmal.

We have just landed back into the Uk after Staying with Novotel in Kirchberg for 4 nights and we really couldn’t come away without sharing our amazing experience. We arrived later than we expected and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave us our room card and informed us that they were having renovations done currently and apologised that the bar/restaurant wasn’t available but we could access the one just next door. After travelling all day opening the door to our very spacious and clean room was heaven. The bathroom I don’t think we have ever stayed in one so clean before and I’m so impressed with the shower door looking like new everyday! The bed was so big and extremely comfortable which we will actually miss. All the staff spoke amazing English and nothing seems a chore. We ordered a taxi and after walking out side we were unsure if we were supposed to turn left or right and a young lad pointed us in the right direction. He works for the hotel and over heard our conversation with the reception team. It’s little thing like this which makes your stay so much more enjoyable. For a small charge my husband arrange for our room to be decorated as this was our 10 year anniversary. The food was delicious. A huge shout out to Jamie from the Bar he really looked after us so thank you. Luxembourg is a beautiful city, very clean, very friendly and we felt extremely safe. This is never a place we would have ever picked to visit however the Grand Prix brought us to this area and we will be returning for sure and 💯 back to Novotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. We will see you in the future. Donna & Sam

Disappointed. Not a family friendly hotel. Beaten rooms

It's a hotel fit for a night or two, no more. I would irritated that room shower overflowed with water, asked 3 separate times to front desk to address it. They never fixed it. Room was beaten and outdated. Saving grace was breakfast but staff need to be more service oriented especially the female staff. They inspect you as if you did not pay so it left a bad taste in one's mouth. Lastly, I ask for conditioner and get a smart excuse that the shampoo in room is mixed with conditioner. Left disappointed. Unfortunately, would not come back again.

The rooms are big and tidy.We traveled with 2 kids.Sofa bed was spacious and comfortable even for 2 children.Cleanliness was upto the mark and near your rooms there is a small drinking water fountain to refill your bottles.Good buffet breakfast.
