My stay at the Novotel Luxembourg Centre was truly delightful. The hotel perfectly combines modern design, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were bright, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and work. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and memorable. Perfectly located near the city’s main attractions, it’s an ideal choice for travelers seeking elegance, convenience, and a touch of Luxembourg charm.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

We visited from August 22 - 24, my wife, our son, little dog and I. From arrival in reception, we were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The whole weekend was made so enjoyable as a result of this, with staff finding ways to accomodate our little dog at breakfast and dinner. The room was spotless, (highly recommend getting an executive room on level 5 for a little extra) with a complimentary minibar included and super comfy beds. We have stayed at several diffent hotel in Luxembourg in the past, but will definitely be returning here from now on.

Spent two nights here. The staff were welcoming and provided lots of useful local information. As we were inter railing we selected this due to the proximity to the train station. Although it is a bit of a walk to the trams and city, it is great for accessing the old town. The room was spacious with loads of storage space.

Wonderful accommodation, situated perfectly for first time visitors. Brilliant breakfast available in the morning. Our room was perfect for three of us.
