Definitely will return, thanks to Pauline in housekeeping for the immaculate cleaning, Catarina at the reception for her wonderful simple easy directions. In fact the entire team were exceptional. Only few little comments would be to remove the breakfast posters as it makes it a bit confusing. First morning I didn't get to enjoy a full breakfast because I thought the breakfast finishes at 11 am as the poster display states 😲. Upon asking at the reception I was told that timing is on weekends 🙂. Week day it finishes at 10 am. First night my husband ordered asparagus soup but it didn't taste like asparagus soup, tasted off. Food i suggest eating outside there are plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Worst unhealthy hotel

This is without a doubt the unhealthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would give it zero stars if that were possible. The biggest issue was the complete lack of fresh air. The window couldn’t be opened because it had no handle, leaving the air conditioning running nonstop, 24 hours a day. If you turned it off, there was no alternative source of ventilation, making the room feel stuffy, dry, and claustrophobic. I honestly felt like I was sleeping in a sealed box. The bathroom layout was equally baffling. It was split into two completely separate spaces — one for the shower and one for the bidet — and neither had a sink. If I wanted to wash my hands after using the toilet, I had to leave the bathroom entirely and walk to another space with a sink. It’s not only inconvenient but also deeply unhygienic. I have no idea who thought this design made any sense. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t meet even the most basic health and comfort standards. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Save yourself the trouble — do not stay here.

Living up to the luxury of Luxembourg

We fell in love with Luxembourg city and the hotel elevated our experience. There was so much thought put into the decor and the rooms were glistening in every corner. The rooms were very large and cozy. We had everything that we needed for a family of 4. At check in, they offered my little daughter a set of playing cards and color pencils. My daughter was excited and had something to play with in the room. The location was easily accessible and very close to the downtown. We had the most amazing experience and the guest services was very courteous.

Good mix of family and business hotel

Decent hotel, good location, friendly staff. Size of the gym room could be bigger, it will be really crowded there, if more than 3 people decide to attend at the same time. Children's play corner is also very small, but it is ok, since it is more business hotel than family one. Check in and out is fast and hassle-free.
