Cannot praise this hotel enough, great staff, great location and so much free stuff!

Firstly, I want to praise Kasia and Mohamed at the front desk who were amazing. They were so kind and helpful and just overall lovely to speak to, you could have an actual conversation with them. They really made our stay great. They gave us a lot of great information, where to go, what to see and helpful us many times we had issues with our room keys. I'm so glad I chose this hotel, it truly lives up to its 5 Star standard. Usually drinks from the minibar aren't free, but here it was and not only was it free but it was also topped up for free. You usually only get that at all inclusive resorts. We were also given chocolates and tea by the housekeepers which was appreciated. In the lobby there's a coffee machine as well as juices and water you can help yourself to. There was even a bottle of bubbly with champagne flutes outside the bar... we didn't have any but I think it was free also. And that's not all, we booked a room only but decided on the day to have breakfast in the hotel as it didn't seem very expensive and to our delighted surprise found out the breakfast was included as part of our stay. I think we may have been upgraded on arrival but I was a bit distracted I didn't hear it. There was also free cake things at restaurant that you could help yourself to as well. So much free stuff! Now onto my favourite thing. This hotel has the BEST rainfall shower EVER! I've never had a more relaxing shower, I didn't want to get out. The temperature and pressure were pefect and it was so easy to use. Usually using a different shower can be struggle to turn it on and get it just right but here you just push a button. This hotel is also in a great location, you can take the tram from the train station and it will take you to the stop Philharmonie / Mudam which is just a short 2 min walk to the hotel. It's also near the Philharmonie Luxembourg concert hall and the Infinity Shopping Centre. Take the same tram line 5 stops to Hamilius and you'll be at the Christmas Markets. My next visit to Luxembourg, I will definitely be choosing this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient.
