Sadly trouble at reception due to group American pushing in front of me which 2 members staff did see but failed to correct there behaviour even those I been standing there 5 minutes even before they arrived..so I got up set and had tell the American people to stop pushing in front me one jump in front got served then second one try jump front snd had say something..I'm disappointed and upset over the matter.

Checking in was easy and the receptionist was pleasant. The room was poor quality and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard, flat pillows and old duvet. There was no bin in the room for rubbish. Breakfast was average. When I was checking out I was aggressively asked for my room number in the lift by someone who I assume was a cleaner, and who failed to highlight she was an employee. It was very weird and made everyone in the lift uncomfortable. The stay did not feel like good value for the cost. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Good stay, comfortable room. TV didn’t have the BBC HD channel working and the TV kept shutting off after an hour which was a little annoying. Other than that a good stay. Would stay again.
