Spent three nights at the hotel, great base, metro and tram stop just down the road. Typical Ibis room, clean, bed comfy, could have done with extra pillows, I'm sure if I had asked at reception, they would have provided them. Breakfast wasn't to our taste, very busy had to share a table with another couple on one morning. Would stay again. Prague is a lovely city so much to see.

I had great stay here, amazing hospitality and quality of beds is just great. Also customer service here is superb and they are able to offer their recommandations where to go, what to do. And Palladium is just next to it- I highly suggest to buy gifts there.

This hotel is a budget hotel, it's in a great location, the staff are friendly enough and it makes for a cheap weekend - which is ideal. There is a cafe and restaurant on site. However, feel like I need to be honest about our experience - it's no more than a three star, potentially even a two star. The rooms are spacious but outdated (the photos online look far more clean/ modern than the reality), the mattress (which was just a topper) was extremely uncomfortable and has caused sore backs after just three nights, and the rooms are unbearably hot. There were two small towels provided for two of us (no hand towels or additional towels for hair etc.) and they were very old and thin. Finally, a minor point (as appreciate work needs to get done) but the cleaners woke us up before 8am every day - which might make us lazy but being on holiday we were not leaving the room before 8am. Ultimately the hotel is fine. But based on not being able to walk after three days. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights in March 2025, and we can’t really fault the place. It’s a budget ibis hotel so you know what you are getting from the price (it’s cheap and cheerful). That said, the hotel appears fresh and refurbished throughout, everything worked as it should nothing broken, everything was very clean. The bed was comfy too. The hotel was very, very hot (bedroom), which meant we had the window open the entire time we were in our room, but doing this gave us a reasonable temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had breakfast once, very good continental selection and all fresh, pricey to buy on the day, but would be good value if you bought it in advance. Where this hotel really wins is with its prime location. Really close to a metro station and with a tram line outside, about a 10 minute walk to the famous clock in the market square and all other old town locations. Loads of really good restaurants and cafes nearby (like literally across the road) and it’s literally next door to the palladium shopping centre with 200+ shops. Location is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks
