For a budget hotel this was outstanding. I have paid more for supposedly better hotels and they have not been this standard. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great choice for those with allergies. The location perfect for us. We are returning next march with our daughter and son in law 💙

Crazy. This hotel has no laundry service. Nothing. Imagine a hotel for tourists in Prague, a city that lives from tourism, and they don’t have a gym neither a laundry room. Crazy crazy. The best answer from the employees is to walk 10 blocks, in the cold, and get laundry service. So disappointing.

We were at the hotel for a week. Not the largest of rooms but it was Ok and exactly what we expected, having stayed at IBIS before. It looked like it had been recently refurbished. Breakfast Buffet was varied and tasty. Enough to start the day. As others have said, not right on Wenceslas Square but 10 min walk or 1 metro stop (Muzeum) away. You wouldn't want be any closer, it would be too noisy. We had a first floor room facing the street and it was quiet at night. There's notices that there's current refurbishment work but it must have been on a higher floor as we heard nothing.

Absolutely brilliant! The room was clean & spacious with a balcony plus tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice, hot & cold food served in a large dining area. The staff everywhere were extremely pleasant & helpful. The hotel is in a decent location for walking to the Old Town plus the Metro is close by. Thoroughly recommended!!

2 nights stay.Super location,newly renovated room.My room was large,very nice.Good bed,very clean and tidy.The employees are so friendly and helpful.The swimming pool is close now until Eastern holidays.Short distance to Metro at I.P.Pavlova and infrastructure.
