The worst hotel we've ever had the opportunity to stay in!! They offer a parking but you can't use because you have too big a car. There is a valet parking but it works at selected hours, so you can't pick up the car at 7:00 am. The manager is a man with a low level of work - he is not interested in the client - after the problem appeared, he informed that we should change the hotel! At breakfast, the staff does not see the dirty table, they do not clean the dirty dishes from the table. After finishing breakfast I had 5 dirty plates and 3 cups of coffee nothing was taken away. The hotel is nice but the service is the worst I've ever met!

A very nice hotel well situated with very good and helpful staff . The aircon very good the rooms are not large but the high ceilings make up for it the bathrooms are tight but it’s an old building. The housekeeping lets this hotel down as do the large numbers of tour groups that take up the lobby before the bus picks them up . The very small wine measure reflected in the pricing is something I never seen anywhere in the world. Please offer a larger glass happy to pay more but ludicrous asking all the time for another wine .

Update: the hotel staff and Miss Nikitina from the hotel support, solved the issue now we are in a better room, we are very happy with the quick assistance and concern about our request, also we had the breakfast this and is delicious, we stroll today and everything is very close by by foot or any public transportation, also a big mall next to the hotel for all your needs, as many restaurants, markets and pharmacy, once again thank you very much !
