Very intimate hotel, well located for train station and old town. A/C inoperative room perhaps dulled the experience but the room and facilities overall were very good. Excellent support from the hotel team too. Great breakfast. Will definitely go back and already recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is very clean and modern throughout. The rooms are a decent size and well equipped to cater for all your needs. The hotel is perfectly situated with everything the old and new towns have to offer within a short walking distance. There is a tram stop right outside if you need it (we never did) and the mall is only a couple of doors down, it has everything in there including Pharmacy. The Staff were very friendly and we were given a bottle of fizz as a birthday treat (nice touch). We will definitely stay here again on our next visit as I couldn't find fault.

What a great hotel! Everything is just perfect. The location is great because it is a couple of blocks away from the old town but in a quiet area. Next to Prague’s main shopping mall. Great breakfast, bar and gym. Neatly decorated. Kaftka worked there! And the best of all…service. Kudos for Peter in the reception. I was there for business but would love to come again for leisure. Will recommend 100%.
