I loved everything about the hotel. The location is perfect! The staff was most kind, professional and helpful. The cleanliness was impecdable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty with lots and lots of options, asian, western... everything! I can highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely stay

Great hotel, staff were lovely, everyone of them greet you with a smile and hello. Rooms were big and cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, with eggs cooked fresh and to your liking. Both pools were very relaxing. Bikes for hire at a very reasonable price, we hired them twice as a lovely ride along the beach. Hotel is right on the beach with plenty of sun beds and pool/beach towels provided. My only moan and it’s a very small one, is the bbq night and fire dance is very expensive by Bali standards, food outside the hotel is much better value. I would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Mercure for a great stay.
