Had a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation and location is A1. The facilities are well maintained and with 2 pools and the beach to choose from, we had the perfect stay here.

Great location, well priced, very good service and good to see the Hotel has a staff training program hooked up with the local school. Satya was good at the desk and very helpfull Only downside was they didn't have an egg cup at the buffet

Good time in Mercure Resort Sanur, I’m here with my brother and my name is Karar Hussain , my brother came from Pakistan and I came from England, we together here at Bali before we are 4 nights in Kuala Lumpur on 9 to 16 Dec we came here with my brother. So it was fantastic experience here at Bali every all of you nice to me. Very kind staff I found here including reception girls and the boys, housekeepers, always ready to help us anytime, which is give me moral support and happiness with their help 24 hours, whenever I needed they will ready to help. My another family will come very soon to this hotel next year
