I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bali Legian. The customer service was top-notch, especially at the reception. A special shout-out to Wulan, who went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs—her warm and professional attitude are commended. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It’s definitely value for money, especially with the level of service you receive. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially in the finer details like dust and bathroom upkeep. Also, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali, and I’d be happy to return in future.

The locations is great, surrounded by everything you will need (cafe, restaurants, mini mart, market stalls, pharmacy) The beach is a short walk. We had a balcony room over looking the main pool. It was very noisy at night with traffic and early morning noise from kids in the pool. Our room was a good size for two people. The bathroom had very little storage for toiletries and a tiny shelf in shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. No mini bar in room just a fridge. Our room (510) was in need of a deep clean. Lots of marks on walls and dust in lamps etc. Was told by other guests a standard room has no balcony or opening windows! I would avoid this room. Adult pool and bar was great. Lots of sun. Accor gold status was fully observed. All staff in all departments friendly and professional. We didn’t eat breakfast at hotel. The tour desk organised a driver for us in 5 mins. The GoJek scooters all wait on the corner of the hotel which was super handy when we wanted a scooter taxi (much faster than a car). Overall a good stay. I wouldn’t rush back but for a budget stay it ticked all the boxes.

A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort .

Thanks again, Mercure Legian. Checking in is streamless The staff are amazing and very polite. The property is in need of restoration, but I could see some areas and rooms getting a lick of paint this time. Nice to see. Could your manager think of organising double glazed sliding doors facing onto Legian Street.

Great hotel, attentive staff, breakfast could be better but good for Asia, location was good as lots around as soon as you walk out of the hotel, a few days spent in the pools. Base restaurant was a good touch and good check in/out experience would visit and stay in this hotel again.
