Je suis arrivé en fin de matinée j’ai attendu que la chambre soit prête. Je suis revenu u à 14:00 mais elle n’était pas encore prête… j’ai encore attendu on m’a finalement proposé une chambre devant mon attente vers 14:30. Le matin on m’avait annoncé que j’aurai une belle chambre au 2 eme étage et je me retrouve au rez de chaussée . Ps de corbeille d’accueil comme d’habitude pour un membre Accor… j’espère que le petit dej sera mieux ! Ça commence mal

Le petit déjeuner était très moyen les viennoiseries étaient très sèches voire rassies. Le jus d'orange n'avait pas de goût. De plus lors d'un petit déjeuner je me suis installé à une table où il y avait personne. En revenant à cette table une personne s'était installée me précisant qu'elle était arrivée avant moi et l'un des responsables de l'hôtel m'a déplacé mon assiette j'étais furieux. Je ne garde pas un bon séjour à Sanur. De plus la plage n'est pas belle et pas propre.

Séjour agréable, chambre petit déjeuner, le buffet du matin est très complet et varié. L’hôtel est agréable, situé en bord de mer proche des nombreux restaurants de plage et des rues commerçantes.
