We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Convention Center, Ancol , Jakarta Utara. The Grand Presidential Suite lived up to its reputation. Really good quality. The service from the drivers and cleaners was fantastic. The bell boys and reception were also very professional and made our stay very pleasant. Sadly though the food and service in the restaurant really let the whole stay down. My husband, Chef John Mountain asked for a MR Fillet Steak but unfortunately it came less than blue. But apart from that little episode the whole stay was magnificent and we can’t thank Ibu Ola, Jason, and Anwar enough. Ongku and Dhony Isa were also fantastic. Thanks again Rita and John Mountain

Hotel location is easy to access , amazing atmosphere , room is spacious , clean and sound proof , service was outstanding especially to adi , ica , rere at front desk also to chef saran , eko , heru at restaurant and andi whos very attentive at pool and the breakfast was tastefully , mimo kids playground make complete all our kids activity , thanks mercure ancol , keep it up

Noisiest Hotel I Have Ever Stayed At

Is in a good location, with plenty of family activities around Ancol. However, this hotel was one of the most noisy hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. For some reason, at 5.45 in the morning, the hotel plays the loudest, most obnoxious music around the hotel via speakers outside of the guest rooms. Why the hotel think this is something hotel guests would appreciate is bewildering. Why Mercure, why?! At 5.45am, the majority of guests are still asleep and do NOT appreciate being awoken so abruptly by your Spotify playlist!
