Traditional and unique hotel at Jogja. The building is historical. The room is nice, clean and comfortable to stay. I have pool view on the third floor. Good view but far away from the lift. Not really big hotel but is beautiful hotel. Restaurant have open space, nice to stay while talking with family or friends.

You will enjoy this hotel with exquisite charm in Yogyakarta central area. External swimming pool in a cosy surrounding and quality spa where you can have numerous treatments and access to a sauna on reservation. Pleasant restaurant with a la carte menu and large choice buffet breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the cut fresh fruits. Gentle welcome and helpful staff.

Lovely, but room for improvement. I’m Still here and got a few more nights. Beautiful hotel, grounds and rooms, great location, but still room for improvement. Shower didn’t work well. I’m only a Silver Accor member and got nothing extra ( I’m Diamond Hilton and platinum Marriott so accustom to upgrades and benefits). Bfast was ok, but many things were empty and not replaced whilst I was there. Wifi is poor, not good enough. Also have to separately specify deposit amount to charge things to your room, weird for an international hotel, I don’t know how much I’ll spend and didn’t always carry credit card. I’d prob stay again as prefer old classic hotels, but don’t expect a refined hotel. But you are not paying refined prices I guess

Beautiful hotel, lousy service

We stayed in 2 suites that were very spacious and pleasant (except for the wall right in front of our balcony). While we had booked one of the suites for 2 adults and one child, we were hit by a 30% surcharge on the room for an extra bed. Restaurant service is lousy and the same music (a 2 minutes jingle) plays in loop the whole day and turns guests mad. Business centre has no printer and there is no document scanner available. Spa is ok but a one hour treatment lasted 40 minutes and was badly executed.
