Well located but very old deco

I came last year and I already felt is very old Deco for the rooms. This year it's even not good as I am allergic to Acariens and as soon I am in the room my nose is blocked and I start to sneeze and tears flow my eyes. The breakfast is exactly the same than last year, still not bad but when you stay 5 days and you eat the same thing every day is bit annoying.

The hotel was well located.. room was fine.. although a bit warm most of our 3 night stay. The communications by the front desk staff was not very efficient... We were unaware of a different rate of breakfast was booked the previous day it is 12GBP but is booked on same morning then it is 18GBP. Also only upon inquiring about the area surrounding the hotel one of the staff kindly gave us. Reading area map... It would have been nice if the staff could have knowledge of transportation and tourist sites to guide newcomers.
