Great stay overall. Good customer service and the place is clean and well located based on my needs. The only reason I rated 9 out of 10 is because the noise of the construction that wakes me up every morning.

Frühstuck grauenvoll, Sauna seit viele Monaten kaputt!

The Sauna has been broken for months. It is the main reason i use your hotel and also the reason I have been using another hotel lately. The eggs at breakfast were so disgusting and tasted like fish. The ridiculous price of breakfast i would expect organic free range eggs. Those eggs tasted more like bodenhaltung eggs from chickens that have been fed on fish. Are they even fresh eggs that you use, or those plastic tube eggs that cheap hotels use?

Tidy Overnight Stay

Had an overnight stay here while going through by train. Not very far from the Hannover hbf and accessible by tram. There is onsite parking as well. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room size was generous and well-appointed. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The beds were two singles which wasn’t great and they were a little on the firm side. Check in and out was quite quick and easy.

Diamond status not well recognized

Everything was fine. The only thing is that the limitless status and especially the Diamond one is not recognized. I didn’t feel like receiving a special treatment, I was not greeted as a Diamond member neither or referred as a Diamond member during my whole stay. There was no welcome gift neither amenity waiting for me in my room as all the other Novotels I have been so far around the world. I end up having a plate of fruit, but I had to ask for it.
