Le prix était parfait correct par rapport à la chambre. L’accueil du vendredi n’était pas très chaleureux, de plus le service au bar n’as pas été très agréable avec la aussi un accès mitigé et un service très limité avec l’impossibilité d’obtenir un gin tonic, sous prétexte qu’il n’ y avait plus de tonic! Nous avons finalement pris une bouteille d’eau au prix de 7.10. La chambre bien que confortable était dans son jus. Le service de chambre semble efficace et rien à redire dessus. Du coup un ressenti mitigé pour l’ensemble de l’expérience. Surtout pour un établissement de trouvant dans une zone stratégique autour des transports et permettant de se déplacer facilement.

c est mon 4 eme sejour dans cet hotel qui est bien situe avec un personnel charmant mais attention les chambres pour 1 personne sont incroyablement petites , le petit dejeuner etait moins bien cette année mais vraiment tres cher ( 23 € ) j ai pu avoir une chambre plus grande grace a mon statut ACCOR mais avec un bruit de canalisation ou autres le matin ou le soir je ne sais pas si je retournerai dans cet hotel l annee prochaine

De retour à Vienne et au Mercure Westbahnhof où je descends régulièrement, je n’étais cette fois ci pas attendu. Il a fallu que je demande pour avoir un upgrade ( l’hôtel n’était pourtant pas complet). Le lendemain la chambre n‘a pas été faite et j’attends toujours les poins „ écologiques „ pour ce jour là. Le nécessaire n‘a pas été fait contrairement à l’engagement promis à la réception. Ce même jour, le mini bar n’avait également pas été rechargé. J‘aime bien cet hôtel, mais quand on vient 5 ou 6 fois par an et parfois avec des amis, on aimerait un peu plus de professionnalisme dans l’accueil et l’écoute des demandes d’un client fidèle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure très bien situé près de tous les transports en commun (y compris la navette aéroport de nuit) et près d’une rue commerçante qui vous permet d’accéder au cœur de ville à pied. Une mention très bien à tout le personnel !

Hôtel bien situé, proche de toutes commodités, le petit déjeuner est varié mais là décoration d'intérieur mériterait d'être rafraîchie.
