Over het algemeen tevreden, behalve het bed, te harde matras, maar ik heb dan ook rugproblemen, niet geschikt voor mensen met rugproblemen, tenzij er andere oplossingen zijn, maar deze zijn mij onbekend

Dit was voor ons de 25ste keer dat we in Mercure Porta Nigra verbleven , op de dag van aankomst eerst ontbeten ( dit was enkele dagen ervoor gereserveerd ) en na een verzorgd ontbijt hadden we de hele dag nog voor ons . De kamer die ons ter beschikking stond was ruim , netjes en met zicht op de Porta Nigra , het avondeten werd aan tafel bediend , er was keuze uit drie hoofdgerechten en was van goede kwaliteit . Het personeel was vriendelijk en correct in de omgang . Kort gezegd , een geslaagd verblijf waar we nog terugkomen .

Ik ben 15 jaar geleden ook al in Mercure Trier geweest met mijn ouders. Het hotel heeft me toen bijzonder aangestaan en ook nu was het verblijf bijzonder aangenaam.

De kamer was prima , maar de ervaring een stuk minder en wel vanwege onderstaande: - onduidelijkheid bij parkeren, dit heb ik zelf uigezocht. - niet als gold member ontvangen, maar men dacht dat de status zilver was. - bed voor kind was niet opgemaakt. Na melding herstelt. - ik kreeg een rekening inclusief ontbijt. Dit was niet de bedoeling en geen ontbijt gereserveerd of gevraagd. Om dit geld terug te krijgen en correcte factuur lijkt onmogelijk. Ben er nog mee bezig. - qua organisatie gaf het me een rommelige indruk en afspraken worden niet goed nagekomen.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in uw hotel. Mooie kamer met aparte zithoek, een badkamer om “U” tegen te zeggen. Koffie en thee op de kamer, het enige minpuntje is de vloerbekleding die zou mogen veranderen van vast tapijt naar laminaat. Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en diner, gewoon “ super “.

Zeer mooie, ruime kamer. Badkamer met bad: zalig. Wel heeeel warm id kamer!! 1 suggestie: hang enkele haken ad muur zodat je je jas of ander kledingstuk kunt ophangen.

Vriendelijke receptie, welkomstdrankje was aangenaam. Kamers zijn ruim en zeer proper. Parking onmiddellijk bij het hotel. Vriendelijke bediening bij het ontbijt. Ontbijtbuffet is redelijk.

Vlotte service, mooie kamer, badkamer gedateerd. Fantastisch ontbijt, spijtig dat een van de medewerker die het buffet aanvulde een verkoudheid had en boven de eetwaren hoestte wat ons stoorde. Plakkende vloer rond het buffet. Avondeten was ok.

alles was in orde gezien ook de ligging. Spijtig voor het restaurant dat in de avond niet zo aantrekkelijk is. B.v. gebrek aan personeel er loopt 1 garçon rond die vol is van de stress waardoor er nooit een tafel volledig bediend wordt of hij ontwijkt de tafel zodat men niets zo vragen. Je hebt de kans niet om een extra drank bij te bestellen en dat duurt ook lang eer het aan de tafel wordt gebracht.De keuze voor het eten is ook zeer beperkt. Zo ga je ook geen tweede keer eten en ga je de stad in om uitgebreid te eten wat toch een verliespost is. We waren er 3 dagen met 6 personen als je dat uitrekent aan 40 euro per persoon. Dit is de enige opmerking die we al verschillende malen hebben ondervonden. We komen toch een 3tal keer per jaar. Ik begrijp niet waarom we nooit onze punten krijgen van club accordts.

Vriendelijk onthaal , goede uitleg , propere kamers met mooi uitzicht op de Porta Nigra . Ondanks de ligging stil en goed geslapen . Verzorgd en lekker ontbijt met vriendelijke service . Alleen miste ik wat andere tv zender zoals Belgische of Britse zenders. Ook het internet vond ik niet goed met die codes . Telkens moest ik opnieuw inloggen .
