Komende van Luxemburg stond aanwijzer in Canach, echter, deze straat was geblokkeerd. We hebben aan buurtbewoners dan moeten vragen hoe we naar jullie hotel moesten komen. Kamers gedateerd, tapijt in kamer met vlekken, dunne veelvuldig gewassen handdoeken in badkamer, maar vooral, dekens die blijkbaar gewassen waren maar waar de vulling samengekoekt was. Diner bediening uitstekend, echter eten halfwarm, porc carre blijkbaar al opgewarmd, niet vers gebakken. Breakfast geen comments.

The construction and detours in the neighboring village are unrelated to our establishment and, unfortunately, beyond our control. That said, our guests are generally able to find us without difficulty using GPS, and we are, of course, available to assist them if needed. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the room, particularly the carpet, bath linens, and bedding. Regarding the towels, we regularly replace our sets to ensure the expected level of comfort, and your feedback has been forwarded to verify the issues you mentioned. We are also sorry that your dining experience was not entirely satisfactory, despite the service being well-received. Your comments regarding the temperature and quality of the dishes have been shared with our kitchen team so that the necessary improvements can be made. We thank you, however, for your feedback on the quality of service, and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back at Mercure Luxembourg Kikuoka Golf & Spa to offer you an experience that better meets your expectations.

Goede bedden, goed ontbijt. Helaas geen regendouche zoals wel beloofd was. Mooie rustige ligging

Kamer was in orde. Sleutelkaart moest verschillende malen vervangen. Bij aankomst moesten we direct van kamer wisselen omdat afstandsbediening TV zoek was. Het aanbod aan zenders houdt geen rekening met Nederlandstalige belgen. Helft van zenders is versleuteld en aan de receptie wist men niet waarom of hoe op te lossen.

We do limit the number of guests at the same time to 40 guests. During holidays season, some time slot can be fully booked with the impression to have more guests that 40. Regarding our breakfast buffet and TV issues you encountoured, we will link with the dedicated departments to improve those services. For your ALL loyalty card, I regret to inform you that as part of General Conditions, only bookings made via ALL.com website are eligible to loyalty points. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in 2026, maybe outside holidays in order to fully enjoy our wellness area!
