All the staffs were very respectful, friendly and service oriented from the moment we walked in for check in till the day we checked out. A big revolving door with a doorman standing by greeting and assisting with luggages. Front desk staffs were very helpful and swift with checking in. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We had a great evening chilling at the bar talking and having laughs with the service staffs and bartender. A very well located hotel with plenty of restaurants, bigbus tour stops nearby if you’re up for sightseeing, Euston station and St Pancras station are nearby as well where we arrived from Manchester and had a day trip in Amsterdam. We had a great stay at Pullman.

Nice hotel, pleasant service, amazing breakfast

We enjoyed 2 single night stays to and from Paris on the Eurostar. The location is ideal for catching the Eurostar and for Tube transit to the city. The lobby is small but clean and nicely decorated. We had dinner there when we too tired to go out. Food was better than average for a hotel restaurant but service was a tad slow. Otherwise no complaints. The breakfasts were divine. Lots of variety. Having stayed at many good hotels a d sampled lots of breakfasts, this one was the best with platters of smoked salmon and smoked mackerel as well as abundant hot and cold options. Only mediocre item was pancakes which were dry and could not be rehabilitated with syrup. We had a total of 4 classic rooms on the 7th floor. All clean, good toiletries and excellent water pressure. Robes and slippers are provided for use during the stay. The service was excellent- everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Didn’t have the best of times, found the front of house staff rude and unhelpful, cancelled our meal as the dj was ridiculously loud even in the foyer. Had asked for a roll out bed before arrival, wasn’t there so tried calling 4 times for house keeping and front desk but all I got was blaring music. Even sent a message but still waiting to hear back. The bath was dirty and for some reason had no shampoo to use. The only redeeming factor was the view from the room. But I’d certainly suggest going else where.

excellent stay in the Pullman this month. shopping and sightseeing. 5 minutes from Euston and ST pancreas for tube and national travel. Very comfy beds and pillows. walking in shower. very good breakfast. run by good staff. good choice of food.

Great hotels, perfect from arrival. The bar had a wonderful atmosphere. Raul at the restaurant was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had plenty of choice. The room was very comfortable and clean, the shower had good pressure and it's size wa big for London.
