Location of hotel very great for us Northerners, room was big but lacking nice touches (chocs, mini bar etc). Shower was problematic (red hot then warm then red hot) Bose speaker did not work

Very comfortable large bed. Late booking out time and the fact you could buy extra late booking out time. cooked breakfast not very nice as very dried up.

Beautiful and very modern hotel. Reception and bar has lovely contemporary style decor, lighting and furniture to it. Beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Superb location, just a few minutes walk to Kings Cross station with a number of Tube lines serving it making it a very convenient location to travel to and from anywhere in London. Also it's on the Piccadilly line so one line directly to Heathrow. Room was very big with a lovely slightly bigger than King size bed. Fabulous overhead shower with smaller shower attachment too. Tea/coffee making facilities included with complimentary still and sparkling water. Fridge also in the room which is great to keep drinks cool. Air conditioning/heating worked well. Robe included in room. Lovely big TV in room. Very well designed room, with good lighting and plenty of plug sockets. Room was serviced on request which was great. All staff were very friendly, professional and are a credit to the hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great location close to Kings Cross and Euston Stations. Staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet and there was a great selection for breakfast.

Was ok, room was nice enough, but nothing special. Most frustrations around trying to get a drink at the bar - even with Covid restrictions, watching for an hour a half empty bar "because I'd not booked" while sat near the bar was annoying. 1/2 empty bar, means 1/2 takings and I was surprised the hotel would rather allow people to book and not turn up - even with a grace period - while turning others away. Good location for close to St Pancras, etc, but that's about it really. The receptionist seemed to struggle with the idea that there might be two bookings under the same surname and separate parties.

1 person on front desk for check in, waited about 8 minutes which was acceptable but no recognition of loyalty membership or apologies for the wait. Hotel is clean and bed was comfortable but no special welcome amenities in the room. Even with my last Ibis Styles I received a bottle of wine and snacks. Felt very anonymous.

Booked the Pullman, having used it for business a few years ago when I was a regular London visitor. Got a good deal on the room, although most places are offering similar deals given the current situation. I opened to take the update, so left the wife to drop bags as I had a corporate event to attend. I am told that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly - in particular, the bathroom, so not a great start Had I not had to dash, I would have rejected personally, but to be fair housekeeping were straight there and addressed the situation quickly. When I returned later, met the wider in the bar and service was very attentive. We left for our dinner engagement and upon our return, discovered (in a rather blunt and surly manner) that the bar had closed at 11.45 and we could not have any more drinks. In fact, the same waiter who had been friendly (for his service charge, I guess) was rather blunt and surly when approached at 11.45 Considering the impact of COVID on hospitality, we were in London, and it was a Saturday night, I’m stunned that a hotel would take such a stance - and we weren’t alone. There were a group of people from Iceland who had booked for their Xmas party, who were equally perplexed. In summary, a little disappointing

Experience was pretty good , great hospitality , breakfast was fantastic . However , the room size are less and there should be tie up with uber/taxi for outstation guests.

Excellent location for Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston. Close to the British Library. Good range for breakfast, particularly enjoyed the sausages and croissants. Access to the underground is easy and from Kings Cross just about anywhere on the network is easily reached.

Superb location, very helpful, professional and friendly staff. Hotel and bar / restaurant were excellent and the breakfast choice was really good. Room was a little basic but I think this was more down to changes following covid. Would certainly stay again and recommend.
