Enjoyed our overnight stay. Excellent service, friendly staff. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when visiting London. Very convenient for the stations.

Booked a classic twin for a 2 night visit to London with a friend. Quiet clean room overlooking the main road on floor 8. Shower room small but modern and clean . Plenty hanging space and safe provided. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Large bar area available. Did not have breakfast or eat at hotel.

Really good stay, good location, nice big room and bed. Only niggles - took too long for hot drinks to come at breakfast (we had finished eating before they came) and didn’t like the fact that we had to pay a service charge on drinks bought at the bar

It was not a good start. When we arrived there was one person checking in and four staff members behind the desks. One disappeared as we approached, another was apparently under training and could not handle our checkin. The other two were involved with the customer checking in. We had what seemed a long wait with no acknowledgement of our presence. Sad but not disastrous! The real problem was the music played in the dining area. It was loud and "thumpy" and not something to relax the customers. We had this problem on our previous visit. We therefore dined out both nights. We will be finding other hotels in future.

The hotel is well located and staff pleasant but it is not acceptable that there was no housekeeping unless requested. Other chains I have stayed in recently eg Hilton do offer housekeeping as routine. Also better covid safety standards eg sanitizer everywhere and wipes in your room. The other issue is standard of the room. When I got to my room (721) I noticed a damp area on the ceiling. I should have raised it but was in a hurry. 2nd night at 0355 water starts dripping through. Not good enough!!!! Your team should be onto this sort of thing. When I mentioned it on check out it was not well handled. I got an ‘oh really sorry’ and nothing else. Will I stay again - unlikely. I am in London at least twice a month with work and there is also a big meeting meeting planned in October when 10 of the Executive team wanted to be located together. Will we be booking Pullman - sadly no.

Great location with easy access to Kings Cross/ St Pancras/ Easton. Friendly, first class service and willing to go the extra mile. We were happy to revisit this location, which was a favorite of ours pre- pandemic lockdown and it lived up to expectations.

Only down was the bad music played too loudly in dining room at night. Lack of laundry service was a problem, though due to covid. Many of staff recognized us, was home from home, will go there again.

We chose The Pullman for a short London break. It is well located alongside St Pancras Station. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and highly professional. The rooms were excellent as expected and the food at the GA restaurant was great.

Lovely hotel staff very polite and helpful . All staff seem happy in their job . Hotel clean and tidy . 5 mins walk to kings cross . Nice walk to granary square and coal drops yard . Nice restaurants there and trendy place it’s the new place to go .

We always choose the Pullman London St Pancras when we visit London. Perfectly situated between Euston and Kings Cross stations and undergrounds. We can fall straight off the train into our hotel. The hotel has a wonderful vibe. Staff are always so pleased to see us. Rooms are great. Cocktails in the bar each night add to the experience. Definitely worth a stay. We’ll be heading back there soon.

Very attentive staff, and very well appointed bar/eatery. Hotel decor is very beautiful too. Our room was a junior suite. It was a little tired looking with water-marks on the ceiling, but was very quiet (when windows were closed), and gave us enough room for our 3 night stay. Unfortunately the room service menu was a big letdown. We were attending various events which meant returning to the hotel approx mid-night, but all that was on offer to us was a charcutier plate, or cheese plate, or Cesar salad. There are other simple dishes that could have been on offer such as a sandwich, or toastie etc. Also our food tray from our first night wasn't collected from outside the door for 2 days...not very sanitary.
