Dear Sir, First of all I would like to thank you for choosing The Sofitel Brussels Hotel for your stay. We are grateful that you have taken the time to share your feedback with us. However We are saddenned to learn that you were not fully satisfied by your recent visit in our property. Please allow me to respond some of the concerns you have pointed out such as the Balmain product. Indeed this is a result and decision of Sofitel to partner with a prestigious luxury brand like Balmain with recycled wall dispensers in order to reduce the impact of plastic on our environment. Regarding the other point you have kindly taken the time to share with us, please rest assure that we will share you feedback with our Management and team.
