Bulunduğu konum ve otel durumuna göre yüksek fiyatlı. Banyoda karton bardak üzerinde karşılaştığım hamam böceği. Oda içi aydınlatma çok kötü. Mağazalarda ürünleri öne çıkarmak üzere kullanılan ve tek noktayı aydınlatmak üzere kullanılan aydınlatmalar yüzünden oda karanlık kalıyor. Çarşaf ve yastıklar temiz ancak üzerine koyduğunuz yastıklar ve yeşil örtü pis. Pencere önüne konulan yatak pozisyonu yanlış. Store perdeyi indirip arakaya yaslanmak mümkün değil. Yataktaki maytlar da cabası. Kahvaltıda biten peyniri, dibini sıyırmak zorunda kaldığımız çikolata ve fıstık ezmelerini sürekli hatırlatmak kahvaltıyı keyifsiz hale getirdi. Ayrıca sabah karanlığında kötü aydınlatma yüzünden karanlıkta kahvaltı yapmak da hiç hoş değil. Accor kalitesine uygun olmayan bir seyahat deneyimi yaşadım.

Good for a short stay

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea. 5. Housekeeping is fast and reliable 6. I was a bit late with the check out but the staff was nice about it. 7. Great air conditioning for the humid days The only cons were that the elevator, carpets look old and tired and the walls of the rooms had marks/dings- could use a fresh coat of paint and my bathroom had two shampoos but no soap. The room is a bit of a tight squeeze for a double but as a solo traveler, it was perfect for my short visit.

Amazing stay!

I stayed here at the hotel with my wife on 16th and 17th July 2024. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable room, excellent service, and up to date/modern layout. The gentleman on reception Charles was extremely professional and welcoming. He gave us really good tips regarding travelling to Brussels Centre. He even offered to keep our luggage safe upon check out. Our room had AC, a nice TV, comfortable bed and up to date facilities and shower. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine, the waffle maker, and those scrambled eggs were to die for!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Alex

A comfortable stay

We had an enjoyable two nights in this hotel. We decided upon a Superior room, and it was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked a small park, and it was quiet - in fact, we also heard no noise from adjacent rooms, even though the hotel was full. There was a good selection of food for breakfast; and the bar was open all day and night for drinks and snacks. The hotel is well managed, and the staff are friendly and efficient. We shall return!
