Hotel oferuje śniadanie w cenie 30€, które podawane jest od godziny 6.30 rano. O godz. 6.35 podano gościom tylko zimne dania. Nie było pieczywa, kawy. Obsługa zaspała? O godz. 6.45 musiałem wyjść głodny bo czekała na mnie taxi na lotnisko. Czegoś takiego nie spodziewałem się od 5* hotelu w centrum Europy

Considering the number of times I've stayed at this hotel, I didn't think I could contribute anything new. First time in Brussels after 25 months

Although I was very satisfied with room I was disappointed with the fact that pre-agreed (from WhatsApp communication directly with hotel) early check-in (already requested at reservation and pre-payment) was not implemented. In addition. despite full pre-payment of my stay and holding ALL silver card (with all my contact and payment details known) I was requested to provide my credit card to guarantee for eventual extras.

I have lost count of the times I've stayed at your hotel over the last year or so and, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I was pleasantly surprised! I would like to express my appreciation for the new restaurant menu which includes a number of interesting and creative dishes as well as "lighter" options. Furthermore, a special thanks to all the housekeeping staff for their attentive and efficient service. Needless to say, all the Front Desk staff and concierge are always extremely professional and helpful.

Well located, but reduced service level

Well located and large rooms. However, we observed recently a disappointing level of service : - no Hermes soap anymore, only multi user distributors displayed in the shower - rooms require a refurbishment (coffee machine out of order, walls requiring being painted,…) - communication flow is complex (standard answer / copy paste), multi stakeholders and many spelling mistakes (especially on what s app) - mistakes in fast check out invoicing - … and reduced level of service at the attention of most loyal guest I decided to move to another 5* in Brussels

Comfortable hotel located at a nice place in the city. Garage under the hotel, warm welcome at reception and nice room with comfy bed. Lobby and public spaces are equipment with luxury interiors which meet my taste. Restaurant offers excellent food and the gentleman and the lady at the bar obviously enjoy their jobs. The only negative I could mention is that only one waiter in the restaurant wears his mask all evening (FFP2 - respect to him), one waiter has it hanging consequently under his nose and the head waiter wears his mask consequently hanging under his chin. The table culture could be a bit more high class. Apart from that the hotel is definitely highly recommended.

This hotel was perfectly situated for our visit. The hotel feels upscale, with fine linens and toiletries. The service was outstanding and the hotel was clean. The roof top patio overlooking the square was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails or a night cap!

My husband and I spent two night at the Sofitel because we wanted to make our Covid marriage something special. Location and Staff made it a memorable getaway ❤️ Thank you so much!! You made it more special than we thought it would be. Not only by gifting us a suite for our special occasion, but also with your lovely prepared breakfast and dinner. You found a way to make everything lovely in such difficult times. Thank you to the magnificent staff who made us feel at home. Anyone there has to check out the Terrasse on the 7th floor which gives you an amazing view over Place Jourdan and Brussels. It is perfectly located to walk anywhere in the city.

In challenging times like these staying in a hotel can be a source of concern, whereas my recent stay at the Sofitel Brussels Europe was completely positive. The staff was courteous and efficient and the cleanliness and comfort of my room made me feel completely relaxed and safe. The restaurant was closed on account of the current restrictions, but the grab-and-go breakfast in the lobby and the takeaway meals from the restaurant were great.

Hotel prawie pusty, na miejscu okazało się, że muszę zapłacić więcej, niż to wynikało z rezerwacji (Suite Night Upgrade). Płacę z góry za całość. Przyjechaliśmy w trzy osoby ok 17. - pokój przygotowany dla jednej - ręczniki, szlafrok etc. Każde z nas chciało wziąć prysznic, ręcznik tylko jeden. Telefon do recepcji - okazuje się, że przyniesienie ręczników to problem bo zwykle robi to dopiero wieczorna zmiana. Trudno - używamy jednego ręcznika w trzy osoby. Przy okazji w recepcji mówię, że nie potrzebujemy dostawki, bo kanapa jest duża i syn będzie na niej spał. Po pół godzinie... przychodzi pani z łóżkiem i nie daje się jej wytłumaczyć, że go nie potrzebujemy (pani nie rozumie ani po francusku, ani po angielsku a hotel tuż przy granicy dzielnicy europejskiej). W cenie pokoju mini-bar, który był... pusty. Nie było w pokoju nawet wody w butelce. Bardzo miła i pomocna recepcjonistka. Rano wymeldowujemy się i okazuje się, że muszę jeszcze dopłacić. Sprawa opiera się o menagerkę - będzie wyjaśniać jak to się stało, że przy rezerwacji "zostałam źle poinformowana" (rezerwacja przez infolinię Accor). Mam status Diamentowy - oczekiwałabym, że to rzeczywiście coś znaczy w hotelach sieci Accor.

The hotel is in a lovely little square surrounded by restaurants ,bakeries pub supermarkets pubs and a park!not so far from the city center ,40 min walking or 30 minutes by metro.the hotel is more a 4 star business hotel then a 5 star one.the table and the wardrobe were a little bit scratched and the shower door wasn't working properly.Everyday 2 bottled water per person are free.The shampoo ,shower gel and body cream from hermes are wonderful.The hotel is clean.Due to covid the breakfast is offered in the room.There are different options but each of them only include one juice and one beverage plus the food items of course .in my opinion a 5 star hotel shouldn't limit a breakfast beverage option .The radio system and the bed are great.

Stayed 4 nights just after Christmas 2019. Honestly can't think of anything I disliked about this hotel. Getting there from the airport was relativley easy via train and short Taxi ride. Check in was seamless and room met with expectations and website description. We had a minor issue with safe which was fixed immediately. Kettle also provided without quible upon request. Bed was excellent!!! All staff encoutered were friendly, courteous and prfessional. Lovely relaxing foyer, nice bar and restaurant. Room service menu provided adequate options and food was of a decent quality. Surrounding area was nice and felt safe with a small market on the square in a Sunday morning. Few restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try any of them so can't comment. Brussels has an excellent Public Transport system, but found directions at stations and subways to be in short supply. However thanks to maps app on phone and efficiency of said system we found it easy to get around.

Very good hotel, nice rooms in quite neighbourhood. A market on Sunday. Reasonable walk to public transportation. Good breakfast and a nice bar with tasty food/drinks. Easy transportation to museums and the grand square. Nice city well lighted in christmas time
