Die Rezeptionistinnen trugen Decken auf den Schultern, ein Gebläse in der Halle erzeugte mehr krachals Wärme, im restaurant zog es auch noch durch die Flure und im Zimmer war es lauwarm mit Heizung auf max... und kein Erbarmen, kein Sorry beim auschecken.. wir sind seitdem (2 Wochen )krank..

We regret to learn that you found the temperatures uncomfortable — in the lobby, the restaurant corridors, and your room. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. Please allow me also to clarify that our reception team was not wearing blankets, but ponchos, which are part of their official uniform during the winter season. We are sorry if this created a different impression. Your comment regarding the noise from the lobby heater has been shared with our technical team for immediate review. Likewise, the lukewarm temperature in your room, even with the heating set to maximum, is something we will investigate thoroughly. We are also very sorry if your concerns were not acknowledged during check-out. This does not reflect the attentive and caring service we strive to offer, and your feedback has been passed on to our Front Office team for reinforcement. May I kindly ask whether these issues were reported to our reception team during your stay? Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Stilvolle Ausstattung des Restaurants. Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Barrierefreies Zimmer: zu klein mit Rollstuhl. Badausstattung nicht schön und abgewohnt. Dunkel. Wir sind mit einem Elektroauto angereist. Weiter mit dem Eurostar nach London. Also emissionsfreie Reise. Das Parken ist für einen Gast extrem teuer. Das Parken war teuerer als die Energiekosten für die Anreise und die Eurostarreise zusammen!
