Das Sofitel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zu allen Orten, die ich Brüssel geschäftlich besuchen wollte. Eine Station von Villoh! direkt beim Hotel vergrößert den Aktionsradius zusätzlich.

Freundlicher Empfang, schöne Zimmer, guter Service. Die Reservierung für den Hauptgast der Reisegruppe (Musiker) war aber am ersten Tag NICHT wie bestellt und bestätigt. Das führte zu unnötigen Diskussionen und das bestellte Zimmer stand in eben dieser Form erst am zweiten Tag zur Verfügung. Das war ärgerlich und schwächste den guten Eindruck. Ansonsten war alles fein. Die Lautstärke bei geöffnetem Fenster von den Straßen ist der Lage geschuldet.

Ich war dienstlich in Brüssel. Leider war das Zimmer um 14:30 Uhr noch nicht frei, so dass ich erst später zu meinem Termin kommen konnte. Morgens konnte ich mir keinen Kaffee machen, da es zur Nespresso-Maschine keine Kaffeekapseln gab. Der dafür vorgesehene Behälter war leer. Im Frühstücksbereich musste ich weitere 20 Minuten auf meinen Kaffee warten. Personal im Frühstücksbereich war unterbesetzt. Ich habe das Fast Check-Out genutzt und später gesehen, dass mir eine Rechnung mit falschem Namen gesendet wurde. Alles im Großen und Ganzen nicht tragisch, aber dennoch ärgerlich und für ein 5* Hotel nicht gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und könnte die volle Punktzahl erhalten, wenn es nicht wie ein Drei bis Vier Sterne Hotel wäre. Der Service ist schon bei Check-In nicht wie gewohnt in einem Fünf Sterne Hotel! Normalerweise wurde mein Koffer bisher immer aufs Zimmer gebracht, auf welchem bereits eine Flasche Wasser, eine Schokolade oder ein Wein mit Obstkorb bereit stand. Hier wurde schlicht eingechekt und wir gingen wie in einem Drei bis Vier Sterne Hotel einfach aufs gebuchte Zimmer. Es gab eine kurze Info, wann das Frühstück stattfindet und das wars. Sehr enttäuschend. Vor allem, weil wir erstmal nur kurz geparkt haben, um in Erfahrung zu bringen, wo sich die Tiefgarage befindet. Da hätte das Servicepersonal anbieten können, das Fahrzeug in die Garage fahren lassen zu können, fand aber eben so nicht statt. Eventuell, weil wir jünger als der Rest der Gäste waren? Keine Ahnung, aber in anderen Sofitel Hotels Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer und dies im Angebot über eine andere Webseite gebucht, für diesen Preis war der nicht gebotene Service in Ordnung. Hätten wir aber den "normalen" Preis gezahlt, hätte ich an Ort und Stelle angesprochen was da schief läuft. In anderen Sofitel Hotels ist der Service eines Fünf Sterne Hotels gegeben, hier leider nicht.

Das hotel liegt mitten im restaurant Viertel und man findet trotzdem seine Ruhe! Personal ist sehr nett, nur das Frühstück könnte organisatorisch etwas besser laufen.

Das Hotel war bei den vorherigen Besuchen besser. Kein upgrage als Gold Member, Tv kaputt, kein geschenk als Gold Member + kein turnover mit guten Pralinen von Neuhaus. Personal beim Frühstuck und in def Lobby waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

According to your ALL membership number , and as a Classic Member the upgrade is not entitled for this statut. Please note that in order to maintain your Gold Statut, several consecutive stays must be done within the same year but we sincerely understand that travelling was not easy or feasible due to the current health situation. However and based on availability it is always or pleasure to provide a free upgrade. Unfortunately the turndow service is not provided at the moment for the same reasons and for this we would like to request your understanding. Ich war beruflich in Brüssel tätig und erhielt ein Upgrade in eine Junior Suite. Die Suite war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit den Annehmlichkeiten einer kostenlosen Minibar. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Reinste Baustelle statt Luxushotel

Es fing schon mit der Anreise an: Frage: Wo parke ich mein Auto???? Keine Tiefgarage und kein zum Hotel angrenzender Parkplatz in Sicht. Also musste ich in eine öffentliche Parkgarage fahren und meine Reisetasche quer über den ganzen Platz zum Hotel schleppen. Dort angekommen war die komplette untere Etage mit Holzbrettern von außen verbarrikadiert. Beim Einchecken an der provisorischen Rezeption war kaum ein Wort zu verstehen, da im Hintergrund fleißig gebohrt wurde! Das Zimmer war wirklich in Ordnung, aber leider war bis dorthin der Baulärm zu hören! Danach habe ich an der Bar etwas getrunken. Diese befand sich in einem Meeting Raum und war dementsprechend nüchtern, kahl und trist. Derselbe Raum diente zeitgleich auch zum Frühstücksraum! Preise waren allerdings keineswegs reduziert, sondern auf dem Niveau eines 5 Sterne Hauses! Einfach eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit!!!! Selbst am Sonntag Morgen wurde ich pünktlich um 9Uhr mit einsetzendem Baulärm/Bohren etc. geweckt. Frühstück war auch schlecht....in jedem einfacheren Hotel frühstücke ich gemütlicher und appetitlicher! Wurst/Käse waren nicht gekühlt und wellten sich schön angetrocknet am Rand schon nach oben! Brötchen wurden erst nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt und die Eierstation war nicht besetzt! Habe mein Omlett dann beim Kellner bestellt, aber leider wurde dieses MIT Käse, anstatt ohne gebraten und ich hab’s aufgegeben und wollte dieses Hotel nur noch verlassen! Für mich war dieses Hotel zu diesem Preis ein absoluter Alptraum und einfach eine Zumutung! So stelle ich mir eine entspannte Auszeit in einer anderen Stadt nicht vor und ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht! In jedem Motel One wäre ich definitiv besser aufgehoben gewesen....aber nein, ich wollte mir ja was besonders Gutes tun:-(((
