Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Stilvolle Ausstattung des Restaurants. Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Barrierefreies Zimmer: zu klein mit Rollstuhl. Badausstattung nicht schön und abgewohnt. Dunkel. Wir sind mit einem Elektroauto angereist. Weiter mit dem Eurostar nach London. Also emissionsfreie Reise. Das Parken ist für einen Gast extrem teuer. Das Parken war teuerer als die Energiekosten für die Anreise und die Eurostarreise zusammen!

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Teilweise stimme das housekeeping nicht (hier wurden alte Gläser vergessen oder die Kapseln nicht aufgefüllt) und auch beim Service gibt es bei einigen leider Verständigungsprobleme auf Englisch, was es etwas schwieriger macht. Einige ihrer Mitarbeiter sind wirklich super wie abends an der Bar oder an der Rezeption und natürlich ihr Gesicht morgens beim Frühstück. Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat leider die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, da man unnötig lange warten musste obwohl das Restaurant nur maximal halb gefüllt war und es dann rausgebracht wurde als wir gerade beim rauchen waren und dadurch bspw. das Hähnchen sehr trocken war. Im Bad kam dann die Krönung, da hier eine zeitschaltuhr dafür sorgte, das während man auf der Toilette war oder unter der Dusche stand das Licht ausgeschaltet wurde. Daher leider kein perfektes Erlebnis in einem Haus welches mit Perfektion wirbt. Sehr schade.
