Dear Mr. G., Thank you very much for taking the time to complete our guest satisfaction survey. We are truly sorry to read that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We regret to learn that you found the temperatures uncomfortable — in the lobby, the restaurant corridors, and your room. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. Please allow me also to clarify that our reception team was not wearing blankets, but ponchos, which are part of their official uniform during the winter season. We are sorry if this created a different impression. Your comment regarding the noise from the lobby heater has been shared with our technical team for immediate review. Likewise, the lukewarm temperature in your room, even with the heating set to maximum, is something we will investigate thoroughly.
