We zijn blij te horen dat u het hotel goed gelegen vond, dicht bij de grote winkelstraten en beroemde boetieks. We begrijpen echter dat het geluid van de drukke straat een ongemak voor u was en dat dit uw verblijf minder aangenaam maakte. We zullen uw opmerking over de geluidsisolatie zeker in overweging nemen om te kijken hoe we dit in de toekomst kunnen verbeteren. Wat betreft het comfort van het bed en de beperkte televisiezenders, bieden wij onze excuses aan voor het ongemak.
