Soweit alles gut. Nur sollte man uns telefonisch informieren, wenn das Zimmer fertig ist beim Check-In (wir waren schon um 12h vor Ort), das hat man leider vergessen, so dass wir unnötig gewartet haben. Wir haben es angemerkt, statt wenigstens ein Wort der Entschuldigung (mehr hätten wir nicht erwartet) hat man uns nur die Zimmerkarten ausgehändigt und den Aufzug gezeigt. Das hätte besser laufen können.

Das Stadtzentrum ist gut mit de Metro oder einem längeren Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Schönes modernes Zimmer. Allerdings war das Fenster undicht (in der kalten Jahreszeit daher nicht zu empfehlen. Dadurch war der Straßenlärm doch recht laut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Allerdings gab es nur Miniaufbachbrötchen!

Das Hotel, das Ambiente und das Servicepersonal - alles ok. Das Bett in meinem Zimmer (und andere Seminarteilnehmer haben das bestätigt): Unterlage in Wellen, schief (vielleicht ist das ein besonderer Stil) und viel zu weich. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht unter 20 Grad stellen (zu Hause schlafe ich bei 18 Grad). Das Bad - hervorragend. Und ich als Duftallergiker konnte ihre Produkte im Bad benutzen. Handtücher ausreichend und gute Qualität. Ihr Servicepersonal im Restaurant beim Mittagessen (15.04.) war leider nicht zufriedenstellend: Kein Tisch mit 8 Personen bekam gleichzeitig das Essen, der Salat war nicht angemacht (das Dressing kam dann später, als wir fertig waren), das Fleisch schlechte Qualität und schlecht zubereitet, insgesamt war das Servicepersonal beim Mittagessen nicht aufmerksam. Es wurde leider kein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure angeboten - weder im Seminarraum, noch beim Mittagessen. In der Bar wurden keine Snacks (Salzstangen, Nüsse etc.) angeboten. Auf unsere Anfrage (gegen Bezahlung) wurde auch keine Kleinigkeit angeboten (wir saßen mit 8 Personen in der Bar), sondern ans Restaurant verwiesen - das empfang ich als sehr unflexibel und nicht kundenorientiert. Ein Teller mit Käsehäppchen o.ä. wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Sehr gut die Qualität der Säfte und des Kaffees. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut!
