Redprag Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

Room was big and comfortable. Checking in and out was smooth. The price was good. But you need to pay 25€ ride to the airport. I didn’t try the breakfast. There were some insects in the room, both flying and crawling. TV is too small. Air conditioning is very loud and not very effective, the room was cold. And there’s also noise from the street.

Have stayed here before and each time it seems to get worse. Of greatest concern was the lack of lighting at the front of the hotel. None of the lighting along the front stairs and ramp were working. We asked about it at check-in and the girl laughed and said yes, it is a bit dark out there. I guess they're not concerned about the liability. The hotel is always hot, but feel free to open the window. We kept it open all night, otherwise we'd have sweat to death. Nice that they provide built-in bottles of shower gel in the shower, but need to keep those bottles full! Quite the mess when you're already in the shower and realize the bottle is empty. So, sorry housekeeping, floor and towels got soaked while I searched through my bag for soap! The beds are horrible. It's basically a thin futon-type cushion on a bedding base. Check-in is fine, breakfast is fine. So, overall, it's basic and fine for one night. If it wasn't included in the Gate1 travel deal, would definitely go elsewhere.

Room was cold and had weird smell in. Wasn’t able to sleep the entire night. Shower was broken ans overall it wasn’t well cleaned.

I had a lovely and brief stay at Ibis. The thing that stood out most was their customer service. I had left my phone charger in the room and thus reached out to understand for certain its whereabouts, and within minutes I received a kind a helpful response. I am very grateful for the assistance and generosity of the staff who aided me!

Not a bad place but no AC, no fan.

My husband are here for 2 nights. First night we are extremely warm in our room, called front desk and guess what they have shut the AC down for the season so I guess we will have to be hot for our stay at the Ibis in Milan. Just make sure you are alright to be warm when it is hot if you stay here.
