Very nice and friendly receptionist, especially Angelica. Very clean and spacious room and it has a towel warmer that's very convenient for hanging and drying tiny clothing, socks, etc. Happy with our stay here. Free minibar which is also a plus.

良い点：旧市街にすぐの立地で駅からも近く大変便利。部屋は十分な広さでミネラルウォーターなどが無料で助かる。但し、チェックアウトの清算が正確でなく、本来より多く請求されたので、修正してもらう必要があった。基本的で有用な事なので、改善してもらいたい。

The hotel is close to everything. We went for the Christmas markets. The breakfast is decent. Shower great. Comforters wonderful. Rooms a little small. Desk staff great. Housekeeping fantastic. Only negative stairs to get into hotel and stairs to get to room. So hard on elderly with luggage

I selected this hotel because of its central location near the city center and access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The area immediately around the hotel is not attractive. Automobile access is challenging with narrow streets and construction. Use the Pschorr public parking where the hotel provides a 50% off discount parking rate (about 20 euro per day). There is very limited drop off and pick-up space at the hotel. Once you make it up the steps from the narrow street, friendly smiles greet you at the reception desk. The skilled staff speaks multiple languages and is available 24/7. Navigating the hotel with multiple steps is a challenge for disabled people. Make sure to choose the room location right. There is an elevator. The room was tight with nearly no room to store clothes. We lived out of our suitcases for a week. All accessories functioned well and the facilities looked clean. The breakfast provided hot and cold continental style tasty food in a comfortable dining room.

first, the air conditioning is a lie. It is switched off starting October. With that, the ventilation has been switched off as well. Then you have the choice between no sleep in a stuffy and warm room, or no sleep if you open the window.
