シャワーブースのお湯が出なかった。バスタブの方がお湯が出たし、荷物を出してからこのことに気づいたので、部屋の変更はしたくなかったから宿泊中に指摘はしなかったが、事前にチェックして部屋を手配して欲しい

エグゼクティブルームで、ミニバーが無料なことの案内が欲しかった。 エグゼクティブルームは広さはあるので、椅子やテーブルを置いて欲しい。 プールの水が汚い。

We do appreciate ratings as well as written feedback from our guests as it helps us improve our continuous efforts for the best service possible. Your opinion matters to us. I am very sorry that you did not like the decor of our Executive Room. I will use your comment as an opportunity to take a critical look at the room's decor and consider making adjustments. I also regret that you were apparently not informed that the minibar was included in this room type. We will educate our staff to ensure that every guest is aware of the benefits of these rooms. I can also reassure you about our pool. Although the water is currently cloudy, it is not dirty. We check the water quality internally every day and we also have regular external inspections. According to these, our water quality is impeccable. The cloudiness of the water is due to a reaction of the minerals in the tap water with the added chlorine. This is completely harmless. Otherwise, we would have closed and cleaned the area by now. However, I understand that this has been an inconvenience for you and has affected your stay with us. As a small token of our appreciation, I am taking the liberty of adding 2,000 bonus points to your ALL membership card. These points can be used at any of our hotels worldwide to pay for your stay.
