I am sorry to learn that the check-in procedure was not as smooth as it should have been. As you mentioned, we have recently introduced Self-Registering terminals to assist during busy periods, however we still offer our Guest Relations Desks for those that would rather register with one of our team members. I will share your feedback with our Front Office Manager to ensure our hosts are directing the guests accurately, so that they can use their preferred way of checking-in. Nonetheless, I am glad to know that the room facilities and Food & Beverage offerings were appreciated. We hope to be able to welcome you back soon for a smoother experience!
