I stayed at the Pullman G for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The staff member, Guitar, in the Executive Lounge was exceptional! The room I had was very large, spacious and absolutely wonderful. At times, it was a little noisy with sirens coming from the street but not enough to keep me awake for a long time. The pool area was welcoming and the gym was an adequate size. Throughout the day it can get very busy and you may need to wait for certain equipment, however, not an issue overall. The hotel is in a good location. For members of the LGBTQ community, the hotel is close to various bars and Silom 4. The hotel is also close to various shops such as 7-Eleven and places to shop. I will definitely be staying here again!

May have been a modern hotel in 2000's Now it is a relic - dull & dying. No character or soul left. Needs renovation urgently. Carpets are stained. Large hospital like rooms, devoid of anything appealing. Old building so single glass glazing. Thus street noise is there, even on 22nd floor. If you are a light sleeper, be careful. Take non road facing room. Long wait time for elevators. Have B'fast only in Lounge. Cafe is a zoo.

5 Star hotel in the heart of Silom. Skytrain near and also easy acces to big shopping mals. Breakfast very good and restaurant at high floor has amazing views. Staff proffsional also.

I just had a great stay at Pullman G Hotel. All started with a good communication via pre-arrival emailing back and forth with reservations and club team. The location is great but the service is even better specially from the Club Team, thank you to Pleng for a wonderful and smooth check-in welcoming you to literally the land of smiles. The spa is very good, attentive staff and great wide choice of treatments. Rooms were good (I stayed in a brown no-renovated room and really like the cozy feel), but there are some areas to improve like the elevators waiting time, at 9 o clock the wait can be up to 10 minutes and that’s a lot for a hotel with 6 working elevators, the pool felt on the smaller side but good enough. I had club access because I’m a platinum member but just visited the lounge a couple times since my schedule was so hectic and busy but the food for the cocktail hour was all cold, even on the hot line (This can be easily improved by placing a warming plate under the food). Overall I feel that the value was great for the product and would choose them again if wanted to stay in that area for sure. Thank you once again Pullman Team, I really enjoyed my time with you.

Executive Lounge Service Attitude

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service experience at the Executive Lounge during my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I would like to highlight a positive experience at the lobby front desk. A staff member named Ploy provided excellent service — she was warm, helpful, always smiling, and even took the initiative to show us different room types. Her professionalism truly reflected the service standard expected from a hotel of this level. Unfortunately, my experience at the Executive Lounge was the complete opposite. One of the Executive Lounge staff members, “Tong,” demonstrated a very poor service attitude toward both guests and colleagues. She showed no facial expression, spoke in an unfriendly and impatient tone, and repeatedly responded with “not allowed” immediately whenever guests asked questions. As I understand Thai, I could clearly hear that her tone when speaking to his colleagues was also inappropriate. I sincerely feel that this staff member is not suitable to serve guests in the Executive Lounge without further training. In addition, the staffing and service flow in the Executive Lounge were inadequate. While several female staff members were sitting behind the counter, no one proactively checked on guests who were seated and waiting. We had to wait a long time before anyone approached us, and after ordering tea and coffee, it took nearly one hour for the drinks to be served. Another concern is that Executive Lounge staff lacked basic knowledge about hotel and restaurant details. Many questions could not be answered directly, and staff had to repeatedly ask their colleagues, which does not reflect the expected standard of an Executive Lounge. Furthermore, according to the welcome letter, it clearly states that Evening Cocktail is from 17:00 to 19:00 at the Executive Lounge. However, today we waited in the lounge until 17:05 with no food available and no staff informing us of any changes. Only after we personally went to the counter were we told that the Evening Cocktail was being served on Level 2. Several guests were waiting in the lounge with us, and not a single staff member came to inform anyone of this change in advance. I have stayed at many Pullman hotels, and the service attitude of the staff has always been consistently good. As Executive Lounge guests, expectations are understandably higher. Sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations and significantly affected the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I strongly believe that all Executive Lounge staff require proper and thorough training, particularly in service attitude, guest communication, and hotel knowledge. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar experiences in the future. I look forward to your response.
