Shift change at 2am made such a racket unable to sleep, terrible stay not sure if this is a new policy but stayed here before with no issues. This is normally a good place to stay but I will look elsewhere for a future visit. very disappointing

Stayed here before so booked it again and was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and made sure I had put my car reg in for the free parking. Restaurant had good menu and was most enjoyable. Breakfast was a leisurely affair and was great. From checking in to the check out was a very pleasant stay.

my friend and I booked this hotel as it was the nearest with available rooms for the date of a colleagues wedding at the Holiday Inn close by. the room was lovely with all amenities required, the reception staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, would stay again should the need arise again. excellent value for money

A very warm welcome considering my late arrival an easy checking in and a very quiet warm room with comfortable beds the hotel staff are very welcoming and thoughtful my daughter and I had a wonderful stay the only bad bit was the amount of swearing by a party of men and women in the late afternoon in front of my daughter .

This was first time I have used an IBIS hotel The room (325)was comfortable but a bit noisy On the night I stayed there was no internet access which was very inconvenient I ordered pasta and it was not hot so I sent it sent back

Hotel close to the Junction for the M1 and M6 for travelling North or South be it for business or pleasure. Rooms are basic but then it is a budget hotel but cover all basic needs. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of items available.

Visiting a local business park, very handy location. Clean functional rooms with everything needed. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast spot on. Overall would use again. If I was travelling that way with family wouldn’t hesitate.

I have stayed at Ibis Hotel DIRFT for many years now, always whilst attending race meetings at Silverstone. It is nice and convenient, the staff are always helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well presented, the food is always, very nice; it is hot and well presented. However there are never enough staff to fully cope with all the customer requirements. The newly refurbished rooms are very nice, but do lack enough lighting. The area by the exit door is unlit and very gloomy. Also the sink outflows are always blocked in every room I've stayed in. Apart from these gripes all is good.

A thoughtful hotel the Staff are superb especially the lady looking after the restaurant on Saturday afternoon it felt like home the beer is expensive and the football table ball is square but still a great place to stay.. the food is very good the breakfast was outstanding.

Very comfortable hotel, helpful friendly staff, free parking on site. Quiet location so we slept well. On site bar & restaurant. Room clean and bigger than expected. Convenient location for Draycote water.

Stayed here twice for one night early in June both times in a newly refurbished room. The hotel is well run, the staff are friendly and obliging and the restaurant is excellent. One small criticism of the refurbished rooms: There is nowhere at the side of the bed to place items which can be reached from the bed, eg mobile phone, glass of water, jewellery, wrist watch etc. A small narrow shelf at either side would suffice.

Easy check in and check out. Room clean and had plenty of space. Located amongst industrial estates so you need a car to get to the hotel and there aren't any pubs etc nearby to eat. On the plus side, the hotel is really handy for M1, M6.

Good basic and clean with very helpful staff. My only problem was a bright green light on all night in my room that made it hard to sleep. The light was on the ceiling outside the bathroom door and lit up the whole room.

Such a shame that the service is so poor because the staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean and currently undergoing a very nice refurbishment. ... There just isnt enough staff... Often only 1 member of staff on front desk, bar & restaurant, or so it appears. Even a quick 1 course meal in the restaurant will take over 90 minutes.

we picked this because of location and because we know the chain. Accor Ibis hotels are usually good we use them all the time but this was the worst experience we have had as far as rooms go.The Hotel is lovely, easy to find and the staff extremely helpful ,making check in and out great. The reception looks lovely but the rooms, feel in particular the room we had was dire. The carpet was terrible. It had more stains on it than pattern and made you feel like you couldn't stand on it with bare feet as it was disgusting.
