Dear Sir, Thank you for your comment regarding your recent stay with us. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. We do our utmost every day to offer you the best possible service and we regret that our services did not live up to your expectations. In fact, we are experiencing a technical problem with one of our elevators, which is beyond our control as we work with an external company to maintain it. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
