Bad staying

Don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Family room Very noisy room, not possible to sleep comfortably due to night traffic . not fridge in the room even it was “Family and bigger” Terrible beds and not comfortable at al Air condition - wings centrally oriented on the heads in the bed and not possible to set night mode Restaurant closed at 7pm Only breakfast was not so bad Should be 2star hotel only Probably it was old communist building ORBIS Not fit to present times 4-6 August 6th floor with street view Outside parking only and extra charge From 0 level to reception stairs and no lift so if you have bags it is not easy

Don't, don't, don't stay at that hotel!

At first glance it looked good - convinient parking places, spacious family room, clean, at reasonable price, but..... You can't sleep at night as the hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the cars, trucks, bikes engines and speeding up during the night. And believe me the noises which come out of these vehicles in Bielsko-Biała, I suppose most of them old ones, is crazy... Our daughter asked us before going to bed of we forgot the window open, because she could hear the engines so loud and clear as if she was standing at the street. And hygiene - nobody was wearing a mask in the in restaurant and nobody from the hotel personnel was checking on that. On top of that most of the hotel guests had running noses and we're coughing and you could hear the noises of that....

Nice place to stay for night or two

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

Great place to stay. Amazing receptionist! I was travelling to Warsaw with my family from Croatia and we stayed here for the night. All family members were very satisfied, including myself, my wife and kids. I can definitely recommend this hotel 😄

I was expecting much more...

Room nice but the bathroom very small. Restaurant nice and food quite good. Good service at the bar! No phon in the bathroom due to Covid restrictions. Price of restaurant and bar a little expensive considering other hotels in the same area.
