La Douche ne marchait pas bien, lumière non plus dans salle de bain La nuit de samedi à dimanche j’ai cru qu’un match de basket avait lieu à mon étage et dans la chambre d’à côté avec des choc au mur et des course dans le couloir jusqu’à 0:30 alors que je travaillai le dimanche…!!! Je reviens dans 3 semaine j’espère avoir une meilleure expérience PS: mes poins ACCOR n’ont pas été ajout à ma carte alors que je l’ai donnée à mon arrivée?!? Merci

Hôtel vraiment situé en centre-ville. Bon accueil, belles chambres, excellent petit-déjeuner. Grande salle de bain, mais dommage que les serviettes de bain soient trop petite pour un Mercure.

At the moment, we do not plan to change the towels because they are slightly larger than average in size, 70 cm by 100 cm. Hôtel bien centré. bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable. Par contre chambre trop chauffe, difficile de régler la température.

Nous sommes arrivé tard mais personnel très accueillant à la réception et au restaurant. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. , on a opté pour Go Green Skip the Clean, pour etres plus responsables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, il y a même des produits locaux. Je retournerai avec plaisir.
